The BES team is literally at my house right now, doing a pretty massive air duct cleaning and clean up of our HVAC unit. This is the second time I've worked with them; the first time being for rug cleaning. They are prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and of course, provide quality work. Katelynn is awesome, as are the rest of the team. Would highly recommend them! PS: The absolute filth they are vacuuming/cleaning out of our ducts right now is insane. I can't believe we lived with this for so long! read more

"Breathe Easy" could not be a more inaccurate name. We tried for 3 months to get a simple estimate, and it was like pulling teeth to remind them to do each step of the process. They wasted our time with visit after visit for each subcontractor they hired, the worst example was their in-house plumber who wasted a week, decided he didn't feel like doing it, and they sent us over a sub to start from scratch. None of them communicate with each other. The owners had a personal crisis which we were very patient with only to find out that they had no idea how to delegate and nothing was being done. BES and their subs constantly miss appointments and make promises for milestones that they have no intention of keeping. STAY AWAY from this toxic company and anyone who associates with them. They should not be in business. read more

Rashad was awesome!! He answered all of my questions, very knowledgeable. My carpets look great!! Thank You!!

I read a lot of stuff online and talked to hvac sales people and saw information about how it's not worth it to do a duct cleaning. However, I am so glad I did. The duct work is probably 25 years old in my house and never been cleaned. The insides of my duct were filthy! Even if duct cleaning has no 'proven' effect on health, mentally I just feel better that the air I'm breathing isn't coming out of the before picture. I debated between 4 and 5 stars, but decided this company deserve 5 stars for the work they did. Depending on how many vents you have, the price will vary. For my 3 level townhouse less than 1800 sq ft, it was $420 to get all my vents cleaned. They used this noodle looking thing that whipped around and used a professional vacuum pump to suck everything out. I think they did a great job because my vents are super clean and the price is very reasonable. I hesitated on the 5 star review because their other services like mold removal was way more than what I was willing to part with that day. However, since I didn't get the service, I won't let that affect the review for the duct cleaning. I sleep much better knowing there isn't a pile of dust bunnies in my vents read more

They never remediated my home There remediators stole from my basement They did not supply mold certification They told me brand new things in boxes and tools had to be removed I called Eric the owner and it was supposed to be rectified As the project manager distracted me which was not difficult since the mold made me sick they loaded an uninsured personal red truck and their van with all of my belongings read more

Not a fan. My tenants in Baltimore were complaining of a smell when they turned on the heat. My property manager was quoted $300 so I went with this company instead of another one that he had used before and quoted him $450. Well, the total cost came out to $530! They got there and charged more for extra returns and mains plus "sanitizing". Either they need to learn to quote better or are your typical bait-and-switch salesman. I'd never recommend Breathe Easy to anyone. read more

Katelynn and Pam came today and cleaned our air ducts today. From the first phone call to when they left our house, the entire process was smooth sailing. They were experts on the task at hand, and gave such care and attention to the job that I felt like they would have done the same job in their own home. The process was quick and they cleaned up so well as they went that my house may actually be cleaner now than before they came! Pricing was fair. I would highly recommend Breathe Easy Solutions for air duct cleaning and we look forward to using them for carpet cleaning based on other rave reviews! read more

BES took care of my flood damage when my basement flooded out in June. There was over 4 feet of water, which was removed within hours of my call in the middle of the night. They were there daily from morning to evening taking care of drying everything, removing damaged flooring and drywall, household items destroyed in the flood, and reconstructing the things they could through my insurance. Highly recommend! read more

I had a great experience with Breathe Easy Solutions today. They arrived as expected and reviewed all the spaces I requested to be cleaned and carpet stretched. Special attention was paid to the spaces that warranted it and a full explanation was given before each task was begun. Each space looks great and so much better than it was before. Many thanks to Katelynn and Ben for a service to be proud of! I'll be using BES again. read more

I have used Breathe Easy Solutions several times in the past couple of years. They are a locally owned business. They have cleaned my dryer vent, my air ducts, my carpets and my upholstery. They pretty much do it all, and they do it very well. Their employees are prompt, courteous, professional, respectful of your home, and your time. The owners were great to work with when I had to reschedule at the last minute due to an emergency. Their pricing is very reasonable and I have been very pleased with the results when I have used them. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. read more

We needed our dryer vents cleaned as we know one of the number one causes of fire are clogged dryer vents. We chose to use "Breathe Easy Solutions" we are so glad we did. The customer service was excellent! They were very efficient and thorough, as Caitlyn was cleaning the vents inside and out I could see all of the lint and debris coming out, it was very good to know that our dryer vents were thoroughly cleaned. We could Breathe Easy pun intended. They came and gave us a free estimate and the prices were the cheapest around they beat the other competitors prices and did an excellent job as well. We liked them so much that we scheduled to have all of our vents and air ducts cleaned as well. We are very happy with his company and will be using them again for future services. Kudos! read more
