Cedric arrived right on time,…read morewalked in, took a look at some of the toughest spots, smiled, and said, "This is going to take a lot of work, but you're going to be very happy when I'm finished." Honestly, I doubted him because of how bad the carpets were and how long I had neglected having them cleaned. But Cedric got to work--and he kept working, and kept working. It was obvious he wasn't interested in simply getting the job done; he was determined to restore my carpets the right way. After quite a while, he called me over to take a look, and I honestly couldn't believe the transformation. My carpets looked beautifully clean. "Breathe Easy" could not be a more inaccurate name. We tried for 3 months to get a simple estimate,…read moreand it was like pulling teeth to remind them to do each step of the process. They wasted our time with visit after visit for each subcontractor they hired, the worst example was their in-house plumber who wasted a week, decided he didn't feel like doing it, and they sent us over a sub to start from scratch. None of them communicate with each other. The owners had a personal crisis which we were very patient with only to find out that they had no idea how to delegate and nothing was being done. BES and their subs constantly miss appointments and make promises for milestones that they have no intention of keeping. STAY AWAY from this toxic company and anyone who associates with them. They should not be in business.
