I hired William and Alpha Remodeling to paint my rental unit. He was very responsive, gave a fair quote and stuck to it. The work was top notch, seriously my place looks brand-new paintwise (waiting on another person to do flooring and then will add pictures). I was impressed from start to finish, especially when there was an issue with my brand new smoke detectors. Apparently they had started alerting during the painting, probably due to the dust from sanding. The detectors were barely a month old and William replaced them and installed them at his cost since the dust caused the problem. I didn't even ask. Amazing service, quality work and honest business practice. I will be hiring them for future work and have already recommended them to others. Great yelp find! read more

William and the crew at Alpha Remodeling were amazing. William was quick with a quote and details for the job after I reached out, and he was able to start within days! When I didn't have a big enough vehicle to pick up the supplies (that I'd told him I would buy & pick up), he was able to do that for me. He had to make multiple runs to the hardware store to pick up supplies when I hadn't gotten enough, but never complained and was so kind about it. I wanted my open space living/dining room paneled and mostly color drenched on 3 walls (minus the ceiling), and I wanted wainscoting and painting on the lower third of three of the walls in my guest bedroom. This is the first time I've done big enough work in a house I owned to need to hire someone, and my experience was great. They did a great job cleaning up every day & putting my tv back so I could watch World Cup matches at night . When I'm ready for the next series of renovations, I will definitely use Alpha Remodeling, and I highly recommend them! read more

I reached out to William on Yelp about reglazing the tub and shower tiles in a home that had been a rental for 12 years. What used to be beautiful looked like people who didn't care about the home had lived in it! William was quick to respond, which I really appreciated. He answered a ton of my questions about the process so that I knew what to expect and was able to do the job the same week. His price was completely reasonable, especially after I saw the quality of the work. I'm so grateful to William for restoring the tub/tiles in the bathroom and making it look brand new again and for being so easy to work with. When you're stressed about home projects there is a lot to be said for someone making the process easy for you and that's what Willam did. read more

William is a very responsible and honest businessman. When his worker didn't arrive on time, William voluntarily reduced the price to make up for the inconvenience. Later, when I pointed out that the worker had missed a few things, William sent him back to fix them. I really appreciate how he stood behind his work and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I would definitely do business with William again and would happily recommend him to others. Great customer service and a very responsible business owner! read more

I cannot say enough good things about William and his team. They replaced the floor in two rooms and a closet for us. William was so speedy in responding to any communication, and he kept us updated as the project proceeded on any unexpected issues. The team even found a way to stretch our LVP supply, which was just short of what we needed. (My fault--I purchased it myself prior to hiring Alpha Remodeling.) The price was very reasonable. I wish I had hired William and his team to do some of the other work on our apartment! I would definitely hire them again if I need more done in the future. read more

I had a slat wall I wanted to install. I had the wood purchased but needed the wooden slats to match the color and finish of my current wooden desk. William responded quickly, and came over to help me determine what the right wood stain and finish to do what I wanted. He then stained them all installed them. He did a FANTASTIC job. I love them. read more

I initially hired William to reglaze a bathtub and surround but ended up having him remodel a bathroom and kitchen, paint the entire house, put in LVP flooring, level the front exterior stairs, expoxy coat the garage floor, and take care of the endless list of the minor projects that always seem to come up when you are getting ready to sell a house. I can't say enough good things about William and his team. I wish I could give them 10 stars! A+++ read more

Easy to schedule, fair price, very communicative. Quality work done quickly! Would recommend.

William was the first to respond to my ad on yelp. So I took him up on the offer and did not communicate with anybody else who responded just because he was so prompt and I had a good feeling about him. He did not disappoint ... he came on time finished the job and I just loved the color that we chose!. He helped me select the color because I wasn't very sure which company or brand to choose. All I knew is that I needed an effect that I have no in my bathroom and on my staircase wall. Thank you Alpha General Painting! read more

William did a great job laying down the new vinyl flooring in my moms house. He completed both the upstairs and the downstairs nicely. He also replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets for me. My mom had a few concerns over a few things after he was initially done but we communicated those concerns to him and he corrected them to her liking. Thank you for pleasing my mom, she is hard to please... !! William communicated regularly and sent me videos and pics as he was doing work for me while I was out of town. He is responsive and reliable. read more

If I could give no stars, I would! I filed a complaint through Yelp and received 2500 reimbursement for the terrible work done by this company. I did a full renovation of two bathrooms. Multiple issues occurred throughout the renovation between March to July 2023 . Here are a few examples: 1. damaged one brand new toilet and 2 toilet seats, 2. shower faucet had a hole because the tile was not correctly measured to fit the faucet opening, 3. failed to protect wood floors and walls near the outside of the bathrooms so the area is scratched and dented, 4. The water pressure is low in the kitchen after the business installed new water pipes for the shower, 5. The bathroom floors and walls are not level. After I pointed out the issues, the contractor admitted to the shoddy work and said he would fix them but never did, so I didn't pay him the last installment . Even after yelp reimbursed me 2500, I still had to add a significant amount of money to this project because the damage was so bad. read more

I have used this company twice now (powder room plumbing repair and wall and ceiling painting) and I am very happy with their work. They respond fast and can schedule work right away. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and the quality of work is good! William even helped me with minor things (like touch up walls and ceilings damaged by other contractors, even helped me pick up the vanity from home depot because it didn't fit my car) with no extra charge. Even after the work is done and i have paid, he came and fixed some minor things i noticed weeks after the work has been done (to be fair, i repainted the house white so it was hard to see minor imperfections so I still think the quality of their work is excellent). William and his company are now my go-to contractor/handyman for everything in my house and I can rest assured that my house is taken care of! read more

William was the first to respond to my request to have my kitchen cabinets repainted. He was very responsive and priced just right! He came out and looked at everything and gave me an estimate. I had to change our start date and he was very flexible with my schedule change. My cabinets look great! It feels like I have a whole new kitchen. The original cabinets were brown and had a sealant on them. William sanded them down, put primer on and then painted them. If anyone is looking for a great contractor, I highly recommend William. read more

My daughter referred William to us. He did a few jobs for her, which I like. I had him to do two rooms for me. He removed the old drywall install insulation in the wall and replaced with new drywall and painted. He also moved the outlet up so that I could mount the TV on the wall and the wires not show. He showed up on time, cleaned up and completed the project as scheduled. read more

William is fast efficient & professional! I love the work he's done for us & currently in the process of starting another project with him!

William and his crew did a fantastic job on fixing and painting my accent wall, painting my basement and installing wallpaper. They also removed and patched 3 outlets and install a cable cord. They showed up on time, cleaned up and they were on time completing the project. I would definitely use them again. read more

We used William and his team many years ago to paint our entire DC townhouse and they did an incredible job for a significant amount less than their competitors. Fast forward five years and we had a cabinet and a few other areas that needed to be painted, william did a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again! read more
