We hired Beza to do a lot of drywall patching after an HVAC repair and in addition, they painted those repairs and repainted a whole bathroom we had and spruced up water stains. They also removed our kitchenside exterior deck and replaced it with a much nicer deck and steps. I cannot praise this company enough. On time every day, they were very polite and friendly . The owner Manuel was very friendly and he knew how long things would take. The whole operation was very professional and they cleaned up after everything. The work was exceptional. This house was full of holes of all sizes before his team arrived and now you'd never know they had ever been there. The prices very reasonable and I feel I got excellent value here. Manuel and his team were able to get us a quote for repainting the whole house, refinishing the floors, and even repair some serious water damage to the floors, including repairing the floor joists. We were on a tight timeline because this was our rental house and we live out of town. He was able to perfectly align his work to our schedule and it literally saved us. We were able to have an open house and had lots of prospective tenants commend us on the beautiful floors and very neat paint job. Having run a paint business in the past, i could fully appreciate the level of effort it took to properly prepare the walls as our previous tenant not only painted the walls pink without our consent, she punched dents and holes into the walls all over the place. We hired Manuel and his team to install interior French doors for my office and they did a fantastic job. The opening was larger than the doors so they also built a custom transom on top. When I mentioned that I was going with another contractor to cut custom glass for the transom, Manuel said that he may be able to source it and install it for us for the same price. He went above and beyond (traveling to Baltimore!) so that he could get the glass and install it the very next day, saving us a lot of hassle. Manuel takes a lot of pride in his work and went outside the original scope of work (to install curtain ties, put in a door stop so that the glass door wouldn't collide with the curtain tie, put the curtains back up, etc) to make sure we were 100% satisfied. He was very responsive throughout and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend Manuel and look forward to working with him in the future. read more
