The work was top notch, seriously my place looks brand-new paintwise (waiting on another person to do flooring and then will add pictures). I was impressed from start to finish, especially when there was an issue with my brand new smoke detectors. Apparently they had started alerting during the painting, probably due to the dust from sanding. The detectors were barely a month old and William replaced them and installed them at his cost since the dust caused the problem. I didn't even ask. Amazing service, quality work and honest business practice. I will be hiring them for future work and have already recommended them to others. Great yelp find!

When I didn't have a big enough vehicle to pick up the supplies (that I'd told him I would buy & pick up), he was able to do that for me. He had to make multiple runs to the hardware store to pick up supplies when I hadn't gotten enough, but never complained and was so kind about it. I wanted my open space living/dining room paneled and mostly color drenched on 3 walls (minus the ceiling), and I wanted wainscoting and painting on the lower third of three of the walls in my guest bedroom. This is the first time I've done big enough work in a house I owned to need to hire someone, and my experience was great. They did a great job cleaning up every day & putting my tv back so I could watch World Cup matches at night . When I'm ready for the next series of renovations, I will definitely use Alpha Remodeling, and I highly recommend them!

In addition, he took care of about 10 other little things that needed fixing. As always, Diaz was the best contractor we've ever encountered. He came right out for a free estimate. He gave us constructive advice on the proposed work. His crew got started right away - they were reliable, on time, courteous, and cleaned up impeccably each day. Diaz stuck to his estimate. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. He doesn't just do everything, but everything is done to a very high standard. Nothing he's ever done at our home is short of perfect. We are never going with anybody else - if you need anything done in (or around) your house in the DMV, Diaz is your man!

We had a great experience working with Owner, Peter Exis, Tameka, Office Administrator, and their Crew, lead by Giovanni, a skilled carpenter and project lead. Peter worked around our budget along the way and provided us with recommendations and solutions to meet both our vision and budget. We did not hire a designer, however working with Peter, who is also an artist, to design our kitchen and bathrooms was extremely helpful. The crew, lead by Giovanni, were great, respectful, patient with us, and had a great attention to details. The craftsmanship was on point and exactly what we envisioned. The total cost was extremely reasonable for the scope of work we had done, which included, but not limited to; refinishing the hardwood floors throughout our home, two wall removals to open up our kitchen and foyer areas, refurbishing and refinishing our staircase with new balusters and knoll posts, four bathroom remodel (including our master bathroom), refurbishing and painting the basement bar, expanded kitchen remodel, and painting of all walls, doors (with new hardware replacement), trim, and all shutter blinds. We were extremely satisfied with Exis General Contracting and will definitely continue to refer them to family and friends.
