I was told the small holes in the wall would be filled once they guys came to encapsulate it, it wasn't. When i called the office they said i didn't pay for that, yet the first team that came out to the house said it would be. When the painters came to encapsulate the wall they knocked a pipe off the ac unit causing condensation to leak all over the floor. Thankfully the floor isn't carpeted but if it was it would've been a huge mess! There are more things but too much to type. I would never recommend them.
