Our metal handrailing was also in need of sanding and painting. After getting several quotes, we selected Carlos Mosquera and his crew. Their proposal was detailed and described all the steps/work they would do. It gave us a good idea that they would do the job right. They gave us an estimated start time and the crew arrived on time and got right to work. They worked for two days just cleaning all the windows and house trim -- and even the gutters and soffits! What a difference that made. It made everything, even the areas like gutters and soffits that would not be painted, look so clean and bright. After two more days, the trim that needed replacement was replaced, all the trim was primed and repainted, the railing was sanded and repainted, and the exterior of the house now looks as good as new. The crew made sure that all the windows opened properly and did a fine job of cleaning up. The house looks wonderful. Based on our good experience, we would highly recommend them.

He was very enthusiastic and friendly and texted me a quote for the job later that day. Alan and two of his guys showed up on time and completed the whole job in one day. Alan kept me updated on the status of the job throughout the day. The guys did a great job and did a couple of extra small paint jobs without extra cost. They accidentally broke the glass on a lamp, but Alan made an effort to buy a replacement at IKEA. This wasn't necessary, but it was a great indicator of their consideration. We'll definitely use these guys for future paint jobs.

But they still do a better job than me by head and shoulders. I am surprised by the other review, because I had a problem on-site and it was fixed immediately. They forgot to tarp off an area before sanding and got dust everywhere. I was furious because I'd just finally gotten the area clean, and if you've been thorugh a renovation, you understand how maddening this is. They spent the next hour vacuuming all my furniture, dusting everything and dry mopping my floors by way of apology. There were also profuse verbal apologies. Good enough for me. And the other times they were here, there were no such problems. They are expensive, but the work is A1.
