After assessing my situation wasn't an emergency (based on in-depth questions he asked he determined we had a clean water leak and no major signs of water damage), he scheduled for him and his team to come the following Tuesday. When they showed up, his team promptly went to work to carefully lay down floor covering (which I appreciated since we have a no-shoe policy in our house). Meanwhile Seth immediately began to inspect the source of the problem all the way to the farthest point of the water damage.
