OUTSTANDING!! This was my first experience with W&M Services. They showed up EARLY and got right to work. Both our lawns were pretty neglected; the back yard was overrun with 3 ft weeds, while the front had a row of 5 ft tall bushes that I just was sick of seeing. W&M took care of everything, even cutting those 40 year old bushes down. It was all cleaned up super nicely. We have more to accomplish but this was an excellent start. They'll be returning every 2 weeks, and I'm looking forward to future improvements. The owner is so very nice. Thanks guys! read more

I keep using W&M Services for more and more projects and Walter Moreno never disappoints! The latest project was removal of a haphazard wire fence (with "plumbing pipe" supports!) entangled with overgrown brush that probably hadn't been touched in 30 years. Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend! read more

Here we go with another Yelp business that makes appts to perform services but doesn't show up. Back and forth communication with this company. They give a quote, set date for 9/13, stated they could be at property at 8am and Saturday morning, no show. I called the day before to confirm, I sent a msg through Yell to confirm, no response. Again, don't waste your time on these Yelp businesses. read more

Walter and his team were a pleasure to do business with. Communication was good, quote was fair, and work was completed fast and on time. The back of my 100 year old brick home has deteriorated over time, and the removal of a trellis structure that was attached to the wall exposed some major holes in the wall. W&M repointed all the exposed brick, repaired the existing stucco, replaced the fascia and repainted the entire wall. The pictures don't do the project justice, but now the rear of my house is no longer an eyesore and should be watertight for my remaining years on the planet. W &M was the only one that came on time, gave me a quote quickly, was able to describe the job and point out additional repairs that were needed to the existing concrete structure. They completed the job and cleaned up well afterwards. They are reasonably priced to competitors and do a good job with communicating throughout. Firstly, they were the first company to respond to my query for a fence via Yelp and came out quickly to give me an estimate at a time that was convenient for me. They were very communicative about the entire process, sending me a quote within hours of having come to the house. It was a little pricier than another quote I got, but I chose them because they were the most communicative and personable. They put me on their schedule and came before the scheduled date to begin the work. I was so impressed with how fastidiously they approached every aspect of installing my fence. The amount of time and care taken to make sure that the fence was correctly installed, was aesthetically pleasing and served its purpose---keeping my dogs in the yard---was impressive.
