OUTSTANDING!! This was my first experience with W&M Services. They showed up EARLY and got right to work. Both our lawns were pretty neglected; the back yard was overrun with 3 ft weeds, while the front had a row of 5 ft tall bushes that I just was sick of seeing. W&M took care of everything, even cutting those 40 year old bushes down. It was all cleaned up super nicely. We have more to accomplish but this was an excellent start. They'll be returning every 2 weeks, and I'm looking forward to future improvements. The owner is so very nice. Thanks guys! read more

I keep using W&M Services for more and more projects and Walter Moreno never disappoints! The latest project was removal of a haphazard wire fence (with "plumbing pipe" supports!) entangled with overgrown brush that probably hadn't been touched in 30 years. Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend! read more

Here we go with another Yelp business that makes appts to perform services but doesn't show up. Back and forth communication with this company. They give a quote, set date for 9/13, stated they could be at property at 8am and Saturday morning, no show. I called the day before to confirm, I sent a msg through Yell to confirm, no response. Again, don't waste your time on these Yelp businesses. read more

They didn't quote saying that they had a shortage of staff. At least they did respond for which I am appreciative.

Walter was very responsive in assisting one of our members for snow removal in DC. Will book him again for future services! Thanks again :) read more

This business could not have taken better care of us. The entire team lives and breathes excellence. Walter and Pedro built an extra gate for my wooden fence. They were prompt and courteous. What an awesome job! Keep it up. read more

Walter provided be me with a quote and got started on the project within 72 hours of contacting him. He and his crew were incredibly communicative, courteous, and hard working. Additionally, pricing was very fair and reasonable. Our yard looks great and I'm looking forward to Walter doing a few more things for the property. Highly recommend! read more

Walter and his team were great! Our metal fence was damaged due to a construction vehicle hitting it. Between the time I got in touch with Walter to when the fence was fixed, it was less than 10 days. The fence is in better condition than it was before; I'd highly recommend W&M if you're looking for a fence repair! read more

Walter and his team were a pleasure to do business with. Communication was good, quote was fair, and work was completed fast and on time. The back of my 100 year old brick home has deteriorated over time, and the removal of a trellis structure that was attached to the wall exposed some major holes in the wall. W&M repointed all the exposed brick, repaired the existing stucco, replaced the fascia and repainted the entire wall. The pictures don't do the project justice, but now the rear of my house is no longer an eyesore and should be watertight for my remaining years on the planet. I'd absolutely recommend working with these guys. read more

I had several companies give me a quote for some backyard concrete work. I needed a slab extended. W &M was the only one that came on time, gave me a quote quickly, was able to describe the job and point out additional repairs that were needed to the existing concrete structure. They completed the job and cleaned up well afterwards. They are reasonably priced to competitors and do a good job with communicating throughout. Would recommend without reservation and would hire again. read more

I couldn't be happier with this group of people. Firstly, they were the first company to respond to my query for a fence via Yelp and came out quickly to give me an estimate at a time that was convenient for me. They were very communicative about the entire process, sending me a quote within hours of having come to the house. It was a little pricier than another quote I got, but I chose them because they were the most communicative and personable. They put me on their schedule and came before the scheduled date to begin the work. I was so impressed with how fastidiously they approached every aspect of installing my fence. The amount of time and care taken to make sure that the fence was correctly installed, was aesthetically pleasing and served its purpose---keeping my dogs in the yard---was impressive. I could not be happier with this company and will certainly be using their services for future projects. read more

W&M were great to deal with, offering good service at a competitive price. I'd definitely use them again.

Walter was amazing! I needed to have a mattress removed ASAP and he responded within 10 minutes of my quote AND with the best pricing. He was even able to come a day early and was great at communicating his arrival. I would highly recommend and will use his services again! read more
