Wow! So pleased with the responsiveness and service from Carlos and Amir! When my 93 yo dad had a water issue and flooded his basement apartment in my house, they came to the rescue! Late on a Sunday night, they responded to my Yelp inquiry and Carlos was there within hours. Carlos kept me informed of his eta as he was on another emergency call. He brought all the equipment in and got everything setup for the drying and clean up, taking care to move my dad's furniture. Carlos was very efficient and checked in repeatedly to ensure everything was drying out, also removing baseboards to allow the walls to dry out. Within a few days, everything was dry and Carlos put all the furniture back. When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price! On the day the work was to begin they showed up on time, prepped, protected all furniture and appliances, and started their work. They helped me to handle everything and even how to handle the insurance claim. They arrived within a few hours of my call and the two gentlemen worked fast and professionally to make sure the damage was kept in control. Absolutely a great experience with this company. We had a water leak and the whole first floor was affected. We experienced flooding in our basement this past July due to the heavy rainfall and Ray was the only company that answered his phone on a weekend and provided an immediate response to come out and survey the damage. Water Pro removed damaged carpeting, drywall, provided treatment for mold, brought in huge air dryers and was able to save a large amount of carpeting and padding as well. We also hired them to restore the drywall, repaint, and restore the carpeting after final resoIution of the cause of the flooding.
