His team tore out the wet drywall and trim, set up fans and dehumidifier in the affected areas, and returned after several days to check the progress. Reconstruction (drywall, paint, trim, insulation in the attic) were finished within a few days. Andrey is very responsive and worked directly with my insurance company, which made my life much easier during a very stressful time. We would use his company again.

He was responsive via text and able to schedule a team to come out the next day, which is exactly what you want to hear when you encounter water + mold damage in your home. He also helped answer questions related to reimbursement from a 3rd party (i.e., builder or insurance), which relieved some uncertainty and anxiety. His experienced crew lead also asked me at the start of the job if I would need to work with insurance, then took extra photos in case we needed them for reimbursement documentation. While on-site, his team was professional, communicative, and got an extensive job done in just 1 day. I appreciated that they set up a containment, showed me pictures as the work unfolded, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They sent someone to pick up the industrial fans + de-humidifier on day 4 or 5. The final invoice clearly laid out all items and their costs.

I'd never dealt with this kind of issue, and emotionally, it's a lot, after having just purchased a home and then finding all these things wrong with it, worrying about the potential effects it could have on your family's health, not to mention paying for all these people involved to fix it. There's the air hygienist (who needs to retest, too), the mold remediation team, the air duct cleaners, water proofers, contractors to repair all the cuts in the house, and you'll probably want house cleaners, too, for good measure. We're talking thousands and thousands. When looking for mold remediation, I started with the list my air hygienist gave me and reached out to three companies who had the best reviews online. I'm so grateful First Priority was on that list. David was the only person who took the time to discuss the issue on the phone and help me try to understand what was going on. I felt immediately better just chatting with him. The others just scheduled times to come by and gave quotes, and during their visits, they couldn't answer basic questions ("I'm just a consultant"), or they were trying to upsell and get us to contract out the repair work when we hadn't even figured out the mold problem! I had to wait a while to get appointments but it was worth having someone who really understood my concern and took it as seriously as I did. David was sensitive to our budgeting issues and line itemed the invoice for us. I would 100% recommend First Priority to anyone seeking mold remediation.

For those who have ever dealt with water damage and mold, you know it is an incredibly stressful situation that upends your life. So I wish we had met David under better circumstances, but I'm so glad we found him to do the mold remediation. His meticulous attention to detail, experience, and knowledge alone is enough to hire him, but in addition, he comes recommended by independent highly regarded mold testing/environmental professionals. In addition to all of the above, David is incredibly hard working and did everything he could to accommodate us. We have a lot of allergies in our family so David brought in an extra air scrubber and left all 3 air scrubbers with us to help us out during the re-construction process. He absolutely did not have to do that. He also didn't have to leave up the containment barrier for the re-construction phase, but he did. Because that is the kind of person he is! And because we were in such a bind, David put us in touch with folks to do the re-construction, etc. and helped us managed that process. He also answered ALL our questions promptly, even after he had completed the job. I do not frequently give such glowing reviews, but I truly simply cannot recommend David highly enough! If you want someone who cares and won't treat you like a number AND will do an exceptional job, call David. He will go above the call of duty to help you out.

Anthony Restoration of Loudoun - post remediation - large loss

Most recently, I reached out to him on a Saturday about a possible water leak that I not only couldn't track down, but honestly didn't even know where to start. Brian didn't hesitate to set aside time on his weekend, came over, and used his equipment to help troubleshoot the issue. Even though the type of leak I'm dealing with isn't typically within Anthony Restoration's scope of work, he still took the time to investigate and then pointed me toward the right specialist who could help. His professionalism, willingness to help, and honesty are exactly why I didn't think twice about calling him again. I'd absolutely recommend Brian and Anthony Restoration to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer‑focused company.

DO NOT TRUST! I've included details and prices in this account. After a flood on June 4, we authorized Anthony Restoration to perform remediation. We were never given or approved a total cost, and the amounts claimed have changed repeatedly and remain impossible to reconcile. Our initial contact, Brian, was responsive until work began, then stopped responding entirely. Communication was redirected to Ellie, who could not answer basic questions about invoices, insurance, or the work performed, and often provided information that was later contradicted. We paid $5,000 upfront after being told this represented our insurance deductible. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive documentation or estimates for over a month after remediation was completed--while storage fees continued to accrue--preventing us from moving forward with reconstruction. They finally starting talking to me in mid-October AFTER insurance formally notified us by certified mail (with Anthony Restoration copied) that they would no longer work with this company. Anthony Restoration at that point said they would bring our belongings back by the afternoon if I brought her a $12,000 cashiers check to complete the $38,000 owed. Before I cut the check, I called insurance and found out they ALREADY paid Anthony Restoration nearly $42,000. Despite this, the company continues to claim additional balances--most recently another $22,000--without documentation to support those figures. Our personal belongings are still being held while storage fees accrue monthly, despite repeated requests for their return. Based on the documentation we've received, Anthony Restoration appears to have already been overpaid. This company has the scam DOWN.

After assessing my situation wasn't an emergency (based on in-depth questions he asked he determined we had a clean water leak and no major signs of water damage), he scheduled for him and his team to come the following Tuesday. When they showed up, his team promptly went to work to carefully lay down floor covering (which I appreciated since we have a no-shoe policy in our house). Meanwhile Seth immediately began to inspect the source of the problem all the way to the farthest point of the water damage. He was very thorough and had a keen eye for detail as he began to point out details I hadn't even seen or imagined (later found out his background in construction is what lends to his extensive knowledge about building materials, how things should be built/how things should look etc). Long story short he determined that my water damage was not extensive at all despite the flooding we had. Instead of recommending I demo my kitchen and basement floor, ceiling, walls to track down every little sign of water damage (which would have probably gave them a chance to easily bill $40k to my insurance), he reassured me that because it was clean water that had flooded and because there was no sign of any major water damage to my home, I was good to go for this one time incident. He set up heavy duty dehumidifiers to dry out my basement and that was it. What I most appreciated is that he took the time to explain his observations and why he did what he did so that I was completely comfortable and understood what was going on in my home. He worked with me to only charge me for the labor incurred and dehumidifiers so I didn't have to go through insurance or even pay as much as my deductible. Their honesty and attention to detail was refreshing and reassuring. I hope to never have to go through another incident where my house floods or have a mold issue, but if I do I've already got Seth on my speed dial and my very short list of contractors I trust. I'm very OCD when it comes to getting things assessed and fixed properly - with Seth and his team's experience and eye for detail, it was nice to just relax and trust that I had professionals who will do what needed to be done. Highly recommend Rapid Response Restoration.

I did a little research and found Rapid Restoration through their numerous 5-star reviews on Yelp and other websites and reached out to Daryl and a few other companies to see what it would take to get our house back into shape. Right from the first moment on the phone I knew that Daryl and Rapid Restoration would be the company we would go with. He gave me a thorough education about the process and gave me helpful advice right from the first moment. His help over the phone was always clear and accurate. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive. The workmanship was truly beautiful. Seth has a great eye for design and color. Everything matches and looks beautiful. Every transition and grade was thought through and installed with accuracy and quality. Overall, youhear about the nightmares of dealing with homeowners insurance. There was NONE OF THAT. The Rapid Restoration crew were so buttoned up and knowledgable that we had literally no conflict or pushback from our homeowners insurance company. If you've had a similar issue in your own home - don't even think about it. Just call Daryl and the Rapid Restoration crew. I recommend them WITHOUT RESERVATION.
