hired for mold removal around grout and faucet of tub. they cleaned the mold on grout , removed the tub faucet but didn't replace it correctly. they came back and tried to say they didn't remove it and that they could not replace it. Beware working with Mr Owen started out positive, however, their workmanship is poor. Mr Owen never came onsite to see the work before hand or after the work was done. The mold remediation hopefully was done according to EPA standards, however, the repair workmanship was extremely poor done by unskilled workers. While sending pictures to Mr Owens of the work, he never came to look for himself nor send anyone out to correct their work. A floor company was hired to properly repair the floor with correct material and ensure it was even with existing floor. They spot painted the dining room ceiling where the leak was, however, it was not sanded smoothly and for some reason they spot painted it grey. They did not paint and repair in accordance to their contract. Along with did not remove and dispose of all material impacted by mold. Would not recommend them for any carpentry type of work at all. Highly regret not choosing a different mold remediation company one that would come onsite to see the work. read more

What I thought was going to be a raving review, has turned into quite the opposite. Indoor Green Solutions renovated our bathroom. The intake process was great. The time it took to complete the project was great (1 week as promised). Once the project was complete, I inspected their work. The vanity had pieces of wood under the legs propping it up higher (about 1/2") It looked horrible. The medicine cabinet had a small chip in it, and they missed some spots painting behind the door. They came back at our request and fixed the paint job. Then, they painted the wood pieces white! Like why is there wood there to begin with? I was told it wasn't level so that's what they had to do. What?? If it's not going to be level, tell me before you attach it to the wall! If you take something out of the box and it's chipped or doesn't fit. TELL THE CLIENT BEFORE INSTALLATION! The vanity looks stupid. I called Oren and told him.. he said he would see if home depot had another one. He NEVER did that. I asked him to come take a look himself... he never showed. He instead sent someone who has never worked on that bathroom and had no clue what to say. The last time I spoke with Oren, I had asked him to come check for possible mold in my home. He agreed and said he would tell me when he was coming. Never heard from him again. They don't know how to handle complaints. They have ZERO follow up skills, which tells me they do not back up their work. read more

Both my condo and myself used them. Workmanship was fine. Horrible customer service along with racist and sexist comments. Unfortunately, the invoice for the two bills had wrong information and I contacted the manager several times asking to edit the information to the correct pictures along with charges and it was still wrong. Both the manager and the owner yelled at me for not informing them about the discrepancy in advance and accused me for not going to pay them in a timely manner. The owner finally adjusted the payment. We later discovered that the company broke our bed frame. We have yet to be reimburse for the damages despite them saying they would pay for it. The owner "said he knows my type of people," and said that I would send a higher invoice of the bed frame, and mentioned that he did not care about customer service. Unfortunately, my condo association has not paid this company because they have a different payment process which they were informed about. I have received several emails from the company asking me to follow up with my condo and/or pay the balance of the condo responsibility. Beware! If you point out any discrepancy or disagreement along with being a black person and woman aka marginalized individual you will be met with a lot of hostility. read more

Did a good job on the flooring and mold remediation. Carpentry in the kitchen was sloppy. The cabinet encasing the dishwasher was not put back flushed and fully square. The dishwasher install guys spent 5 hours fixing it. I texted Owen but he never responded. I paid them so I guess that's it. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. Their business model includes trying to take advantage of vulnerable clients, over sell, over promise, and under deliver by not do what they say they are going to do and attempting to cut out as quickly as possible with the least effort ever step of the way. They have a high pressure sales person who tries to figure out what your insurance deductible is before giving you a quote and manipulate the job quote based on that. They showed up at my house without an appointment and tried to demand access from another contractor, who was at my house, without my permission. They tried to take away the blower and dehumidifier when the carpet was still wet. They tried to charge me for 850 sq ft of water damage when there was only 50. They promised to bring back a second blower, but instead returned to take the only one they had back. It has been 4 days and they have not dried the lower carpet. I also made the mistake of paying in full at the beginning. read more

Terrible. Dishonest. We had mistakenly given them a credit card number before the job was complete. When we started to complain about their dishonesty, they charged the full amount of job to the card even though the job was not close to completion. We scheduled Indoor Green Solutions to come to our house because we had a small amount of mold detected in our basement by a mold detection company that does not do any remediation. The person who came told us within minutes of coming into the house that we had a major mold problem throughout the house. We have recently had two different companies do air samples for us from various rooms in the house and basement and outside, and the results that showed that the main living spaces had very good air quality-probably thanks to our whole house HEPA. Furthermore, we had the ducts cleaned in the past 3 months and checked for mold (by the awesome Air Wiz company--also reviewed on Yelp!) with clean results. After showing him our air results and asking what he based his assessment on (did he find visible mold in the basement --no, he said he did not--did he find areas of moisture in the basement--no, he did not--did he detect a smell--no, he did not) he changed his tune and said we wouldn't need major remediation after all and outlined a very different plan for us. Felt like an unprofessional company looking to take advantage of people during a vulnerable time. I'm glad that we booked several different companies to give us estimates--we will certainly not be calling them again. read more
