We paid $5,000 upfront after being told this represented our insurance deductible. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive documentation or estimates for over a month after remediation was completed--while storage fees continued to accrue--preventing us from moving forward with reconstruction. They finally starting talking to me in mid-October AFTER insurance formally notified us by certified mail (with Anthony Restoration copied) that they would no longer work with this company. Anthony Restoration at that point said they would bring our belongings back by the afternoon if I brought her a $12,000 cashiers check to complete the $38,000 owed.
