It was easy to schedule a time for her to evaluate the job. She confirmed the appointment, checked in during the day and arrived on time. She took her time to look over my entire house and made suggestions and asked questions. We agreed on a price and I agreed to pay extra to have even more detailed work outside of the normal scope. Joung arrives with documentation in hand. You can see her license and liability insurance certificate. She one again followed up to confirm the cleaning appointment. They showed up very early to accommodate the carpet cleaners which were arriving on the same day. The cleaning job was beyond my expectations. I have used cleaners for other client jobs and am never quite impressed. With Joung's service I was impressed. The house looks spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The fridge and stove too look better than I ever had it looking. She checked in after the job to make sure I was satisfied. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

There have been many heavy rainstorms over the past year, but our basement has always stayed dry! Gary was a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate through the project's completion. He always responded quickly to emails and phone calls. There was only one hiccup--the crew did not clean up all of the debris. Still, they did outstanding work installing the French drains and I highly recommend them.

What I can tell you is this -- I came here looking for decent suits and I found *many* of them. Racks and racks full of suits. I tried on around 10, I bought six of them. In that group of six, only *one* will need alterations. That's right -- five suits bought and ready to wear for right around $100. I've been to a bunch of thrift stores in the DMV. Really, look at my other reviews. Bottom line -- if you want real variety in men's suits, I haven't found any place better yet. Yes, maybe some thrifts have *nicer* suits on a per capita basis, but at this store, you'll have a lot of options and if you have a relatively common body-type like mine, you can come away with a full closet if you want it.

Flipping through clothing racks I was met with holes, shrunken sweaters, rips, stains, bad pilling. It was all stuff that might as well be recycled, not sold. They are selling the worst of the worst. The place smells musty. Nothing is sized, either. Though they did have a "plus size" section. I wouldn't recommend for hobby thrifters.
