My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. Photos will be attached for reference.

I called him last year when i spilled milk and he gave me some advice on how to try and clean it. This past weekend i decided to schedule a full car detail and my car came out brand new - i swear it looks cleaner than when i first purchased it. I will be getting it detailed by the wax shop every 6 months now - great prices and even better service. They even got most of the dried up baking soda out from my milk incident that i thought would be in the car forever. Super impressed! Only thing i would say calling and getting a hold of an appointment was hard, i had to call multiple times and ended up leaving voicemail.
