Our bank thought it fraud. We gave them another card but then they had to use a different phone, download some softeware and this process took over twenty minutes. I kept asking if the office could send an electronic bill and we could pay the same way we did for the deposit. No was the response and the office person was really rude to the poor guys who had just worked for 4 hours. I get an email confirming the payment but no breakdown showing the deposit and hours. Finally get the invoice and see they charged us for an additional half hour for their incompetent billing process. DO NOT WORK with this office. The manager was just as hostile to me as he was to the poor exhausted guys who helped us move our stuff.
