I kept asking if the office could send an electronic bill and we could pay the same way we did for the deposit. No was the response and the office person was really rude to the poor guys who had just worked for 4 hours. I get an email confirming the payment but no breakdown showing the deposit and hours. Finally get the invoice and see they charged us for an additional half hour for their incompetent billing process. DO NOT WORK with this office. The manager was just as hostile to me as he was to the poor exhausted guys who helped us move our stuff.

It gave me a few choices for times and dates and I chose one over a week out to give me the opportunity to make sure everything was in order and ready to go. My appointment was confirmed, all good right? Wrong! I get an email the day before my appointment saying they can't come, we are out of their service area. So all the stuff that I carried up into the yard to be ready, I have to haul back to the basement. If we are out of the service area, then I shouldn't be able to make an appointment based on my address and zip code! Letting me know the day before was really poor form.
