Im not the type to leave the reviews but Ace Refuse Trash Services are top notch. There have been numerous times where I have forgotten to push the trash by the road. Youd think that the trash wouldn't go out that day but they took the time to drag our trash cans down to make sure our trash was set for the week. Not only do they take the extra step but they even put the trash cans back where they got them. I have dealt with other companies who simply dont come, leave trash or throw the trashcans wherever. I started using Ace Refuse last year and I could not be happier. They are responsive, helpful and here every week on schedule! During a recent ice storm I lost power and could not get my trash can out of the garage. The driver explained he could open the door from inside the garage. He temporarily disconnected my garage door from the power and took out the trash can. He then came back in and re-connected my door to the power opener! I don't usually leave reviews but this company deserves it. Ace refuse trash service goes out of their way for their customers, for example I forgot to leave the trash out one day and the driver actually came up and got the cans and took them to the truck another time I forgot to put the trash out and they came back later in the day to pick it up for me. There's also several times than the two cans will hold and there are several extra bags or boxes and they never complain or charge me extra. Top-notch company I highly recommend! read more

An incredible service we never experienced in this business until this past Sat the 17th. Our neighborhood had an incident of house explosion plus the snow was coming the next day and since the streets were closed we thought trash wont be picked up so we moved our trash cans by the garage. Little did we know that driver of trash removing company ACE would come and get it from our garage and emptied it . Whoever you are THANK YOU, you made a great impact on this customer. Ive been using this company for a good time now. If youre looking for the most reliable service at probably the best rate in town you have found your disposal company. They start early but have never heard them here. Ive never come home to skipped day or anything along the lines. 10/10 5 stars hands down best around. read more

Ace took over from our previous company and I couldn't be happier. They even offer (for a very nominal fee) to come up the driveway to our house which is a blessing with my disabilities. I use them for Trash and Recycling. Couldn't be happier. At times we have large amounts of cardboard and amazon boxes stacked up next to the trash and recycling bins, they're always gone the next morning, they even hauled away 15+ bags of leaves from our yard clean up.
