Either way, I took it, weighed in and out on their scale, but had to wait for them to verify since the wind was gusting and making the scale alone bounce up and down 80 pounds. They were fair in their final assessment, equal to what I weighed at home and confirmed by googling the weight of my items. Bottom line: Fair, but do double check they categorize your item right, as they will otherwise default to the cheapest option: sheet iron.

They drop garbage and leave it. I've had glass from recyclables dropped and they leave it. You would think they would use a broom to get it. They raise their rates constantly. I started at $90 for three months, it rose to $120 before I complained. They lowered it and it went back up. Garbage is free to drop off in Frederick county. It was a tug of war on the cost of services. I moved and canceled the service. The agreement was to go to October when I was paid up through. Instead, they got my cans a month early. I called and they offered a partial refund (which I didn't receive). I later got a bill for $70 for the pickup truck that got my cans. It cost more to get my cans in a f150 than to send a garbage truck to my home 16 times in a two month period. Doesn't make any sense. Update Just got a reply, they won't send out the refund. They said the $35 was applied to the removal fee, bringing my can removal fee to over $100. That's more than three months of service, or 12 visits by a garbage truck. I don't know what the bigger trash is, what's in the cans, or the company picking it up. Don't forget they miss 1/4 of all their scheduled deliveries. I'm sure they save a lot of money on that.

They moved our possessions out of a two-bedroom apartment into a local self-storage in addition to taking away some items we didn't want. They also helped with other tasks beyond what was promised on the work order and were nice, friendly, and helpful all around. Joe, the owner, and Thomas did our job and were the best. They are also great because they can respond on a same day basis if necessary. We will be using this company for all our near term junk removal, clean up, and local moving needs. He said I have to schedule a meeting with you and I'll pick up your oil , okay so the day when we scheduled meeting he entered my restaurant from the back without knocking or wearing the mask , insisting that he'll wait for me inside , distracting staff from getting place ready for opening . When I came in his attitude shifted to being nice , he made me sign contract that he didn't tell me about , he didn't pick up oil waist - just scheduled delivery of waist container in a week . Tried to sell me their grease trap service, when I said no I have my workers do it he got mad and said then don't dump it into my waist container . I signed contract that he didn't give me enough time to read . And today week after bin was delivered , man who delivered it doesn't have any manners, didn't say hi or anything to my staff until I came out .
