It gave me a few choices for times and dates and I chose one over a week out to give me the opportunity to make sure everything was in order and ready to go. My appointment was confirmed, all good right? Wrong! I get an email the day before my appointment saying they can't come, we are out of their service area. So all the stuff that I carried up into the yard to be ready, I have to haul back to the basement. If we are out of the service area, then I shouldn't be able to make an appointment based on my address and zip code! Letting me know the day before was really poor form. So beware, just because you scheduled (and were confirmed) doesn't mean someone will show up. Anyone want an old trampoline dismantled into a hundred pieces?
