I made an appointment to have an old trampoline and a few other things hauled off. The website has…read moreyou put in your zip code, address, email address, etc., everything. It gave me a few choices for times and dates and I chose one over a week out to give me the opportunity to make sure everything was in order and ready to go. My appointment was confirmed, all good right? Wrong! I get an email the day before my appointment saying they can't come, we are out of their service area. So all the stuff that I carried up into the yard to be ready, I have to haul back to the basement. If we are out of the service area, then I shouldn't be able to make an appointment based on my address and zip code! Letting me know the day before was really poor form. So beware, just because you scheduled (and were confirmed) doesn't mean someone will show up. Anyone want an old trampoline dismantled into a hundred pieces? Because I've got one sitting on my side yard now.

I absolutely recommend Mark Heishman! Hands down, THE NICEST guy you'd ever hope to know!…read more After our previous company for junk removal up and quit taking phone calls, (it seems to be a trend throughout Winchester) I looked through the pages and found Mark. He was very quick to respond, gave more than fair pricing, and even worked within the schedule I needed. Mark and Trevor have now come out and done roughly half a dozen jobs for me, and I have to say, seriously, just the nicest people! Please, do yourself a favor and keep this place in business! Hire them! You will save yourself so many headaches, and keep more in your wallet. Believe me, I've dealt with enough of these types of companies, now. It's just not worth the aggravation to try anyone else.

I hate moving! Called College Hunks and from that moment, they took all the stress away. I…read moreordered 2 pods to store all our furniture while our house is being built. Hunk Manager came out and did a walk through to see how many hunks I would need to get my 3 level home packed. When the day came, 4 hunks showed up on time, and got to work wrapping and packing. Matt the leader was polite, adorable, professional and a true hunk. All 4 worked as a team and in 5 hours, both pods were packed floor to ceiling. I was so happy I made them all lunch. If I may make a suggestion, please at least have cold water for these men. They work so hard and sweat in this heat...be human and treat these hard working men as you would like to be treated. Ice cold water, I even put out cold watermelon to keep their sugar up while they continued to work extremely hard. I am definitely hiring college hunks when my house is finished, to unpack both pods moving all my furniture into my new house. Thank you College Hunks for making my move stress free. Jamie

Amicable driver and receptionist, but disappointed that they would just tell me know that load was over, if I was over then so be it I would gladly pay the extra fee, but for all I know they can be making it up as I never saw than weighting the container. Unfortunately, I can't prove them wrong either, in a way I supposed I am glad they didn't make anything up... well for now that is.
