After receiving the bill in April, I saw that I was being charged for a second phone. I contacted Sprint, they said to wait until next month for the bill. It will be corrected. We played this game for several months. I finally went back to the kiosk and spoke to the salesman who sold me the phone. I explained that I was being incorrectly billed. He looked up my account but never told me he had made an "error". He asked that I go to a corporate store to resolve the issue since he could not correct it. I went to the corporate store and they put in a request. This is where I found out that the lease term was incorrect. They informed me that I would get a response in several days. The response never came, I contacted them after 2 weeks and they claimed they still had not received an answer. I repeatedly emailed them with no response. I finally went to Facebook and sent a message to Sprint, someone got back to me immediately. After spending one hour on the phone with them, they reassured me that they would correct the lease term and credit my account. But to do this I had to go back to the corporate store because they could not do it. They made notes in my account, sent me a text explaining the situation to show the store manager. Feeling good I headed over to the store. Immediately the salesman told me it cant be done. They called Sprint Support, the representative said the prior representative made an error and did not have the correct information and said I had to go back to the kiosk store to resolve the issue. After 5 months I do not want to play the game any longer. So, to me this seems like a good bait and switch scheme. You agree to a promotion, they enter in a lease term for one month short of the required length to get the promo and by the time you find out its to late to get it changed because of the games they play. Next step is to contact the BBB or Consumer protection board.

We honestly were disappointed in the quality of the work. The grout is not consistently spread (we will live with that), but the Schluter trim was crooked and the silicone used where the tile meets the countertop had to be re-done. We also asked them to do some additional cleanup work on removing excess grout from tile.

I told them that I do not buy phones, the only phones I get are the free promo phones. We don't do fancy or expensive in my house. They continued anyway. The boy "helping" us brought out a fancy new phone and gave it to my daughter. There was still no discussion of cost. He said there was a line upgrade for my number & we could use that for her new phone. Again, he did not discuss the possibility of this raising my monthly bill, or any costs with this at all. He downloaded an app & transferred her data to the new phone. Again without discussing of costs. On the invoice I saw he charged $50 to do this. This is absolutely ridiculous. We went home with this new phone. I was led to believe what I paid in the shop was the total costs, this was completely fictional. And the phone did not work after getting home with it. It had been flagged for fraud. Another employee fixed that issue the following day. Again no discussing of the costs of this phone. I checked my Verizon app and my estimated bill was now nearly doubled!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable. Verizon is saying this store is an authorized dealer, but not a Verizon store. They have no control or say over what this store does. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! The practices of this store fell more than unethical, it feels criminal to me.

Even though my situation was unique (child account deleted from family plan and not able to carry over to new phone), although he worked for a phone company for over 17 years, he has never seen this kind of scenario. It merely took him 10 minutes to resolve the situation, restore the account, and move the data to the new phone. His diligence and willingness to assist me shouldn't go unnoticed and I appreciate everything he did to not only resolve, but took the avenues needed to fix my problem instead of transferring me or telling me to call Google as the 1-800 assistant tried to pass the call. I am a long time sprint customer and I was so happy to learn not only was there a new Sprint authorized dealer near my home but they were also giving out a FREE Iwalk battery charger just for stopping by. I stopped in over a month ago and was advised they were out if the iwalk however I could reedem my coupon and add my name to a wait list...no problem... I added my name and I went on with my life. After a few weeks I received a text from a # I did not recognize advising the iwalk was now available. Problem is that in an effort to save time, the STORE MANAGER had mass text myself and 41 OTHER SPRINT CUSTOMERS to advise the device was in. My number and 41 other numbers were clearly visable in the text chain. I was then overloaded with rely to all texts the rest of the day, but it gets MUCH WORSE!!! When I went to the store with my 4 minor kids and advised the manager of my concern regarding the BREECH OF MY PRIVACY the store manager told me by putting my name on the list they had the right to give my account number and proceed to argue with me. Rather then deal with an irrate employee, I told him I would call Sprint right then and there to discuss my concern. The store manager proceed to tell me I could not call Sprint on my own cell from his store and that I had to leave. I Remained in the store and called Sprint and the store manager proceed to call the WV State Police and actually had tax payers waste money having the state police come to the store just to advise no crime has been commited!!! To make it all worse once I received my CAD number to use in a possible lawsuit, I also asked for the girls name that had been behind the counter since she was a witness to the while fiasco and she advised she didn't even work there and she was just the MANAGERS DAUGHTER!!!
