    Review - Verizon Store (Fraud Alert)…read more I went into this Verizon store on January 20th because my phone was not working properly. They were unable to fix the issue. While I was there, since my account is a business account, I was asked if I wanted help lowering the cost of my phone lines. I agreed. After leaving, I received my next bill and discovered that 10 additional lines had been added to my account at $72.18 EACH -- with no devices attached, just numbers. It was later confirmed by Verizon's fraud department that these lines were added by this store without my authorization. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the experience was completely unacceptable. The representative I spoke with, Dylan, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I understand I was upset, his behavior was far beyond what should be expected from anyone in customer service. What's most frustrating is that during my initial visit, they had no problem accessing and working on my account -- yet when I came back to resolve a serious issue they caused, suddenly they "couldn't help." I've now spent hours on the phone with Verizon's fraud department trying to fix a situation that should have never happened. I believe in giving companies the opportunity to make things right -- but between the unauthorized changes to my account and the unacceptable treatment in-store, I felt it was important to share this experience. Decency and integrity go a long way -- both were lacking here.

Non corporate (Martinsburg WV, so I was told) store…read morethat its employees are ignorant to and not limited to (uneducated to the products, sales and technical support and aspect of Verizon products). When their employees can't set up a phone after you have paid for it and you question it or their abilities, they ask you to leave therefore setting you up for trespassing if law enforcement was called, they have set you up to be charged. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? I went there in good faith with my phone to have the number transferred. They couldn't so they asked me to return the flowing day. Bottom line Martinsburg employees chased me to Winchester Va to resolve. Liars, no nothing about the product they're selling other than how to punch 10 digits on a keypad. The red-haired mullet haircut person in Martinsburg is a joke of a human being or a person in retail sales. The female in the store on 8/7 who said she would be there on 8/8 is as big a liar as red hair mullet boy. Verizon do better.

I am a long time sprint customer and I was so happy to learn not only was there a new Sprint authorized dealer near my home but they were also giving out a FREE Iwalk battery charger just for stopping by. I stopped in over a month ago and was advised they were out if the iwalk however I could reedem my coupon and add my name to a wait list...no problem... I added my name and I went on with my life. After a few weeks I received a text from a # I did not recognize advising the iwalk was now available. Problem is that in an effort to save time, the STORE MANAGER had mass text myself and 41 OTHER SPRINT CUSTOMERS to advise the device was in. My number and 41 other numbers were clearly visable in the text chain. I was then overloaded with rely to all texts the rest of the day, but it gets MUCH WORSE!!! When I went to the store with my 4 minor kids and advised the manager of my concern regarding the BREECH OF MY PRIVACY the store manager told me by putting my name on the list they had the right to give my account number and proceed to argue with me. Rather then deal with an irrate employee, I told him I would call Sprint right then and there to discuss my concern. The store manager proceed to tell me I could not call Sprint on my own cell from his store and that I had to leave. I Remained in the store and called Sprint and the store manager proceed to call the WV State Police and actually had tax payers waste money having the state police come to the store just to advise no crime has been commited!!! To make it all worse once I received my CAD number to use in a possible lawsuit, I also asked for the girls name that had been behind the counter since she was a witness to the while fiasco and she advised she didn't even work there and she was just the MANAGERS DAUGHTER!!! I am so beyond upset regarding the whole ordeal and I am pursuing legal recourse as Sprint can only do an internal investigation and possibly severe vendor relations. Hopefully some of the other 41 people in the mass text have also complained. I can tell you for sure that if by some small chance I remain a Sprint customer after this ordeal I will NEVER VISIT THE SPRINT AUTHORIZED DEALER located in the Spring Mills shopping center. They are rude, unprofessional and completely idioic to think mass texting customer account numbers to other customers is a good time save.

Eddie and Zane were extremely helpful and professional and took their time to help us understand and choose our new phones. Thank you for an extremely positive experience. Thank you also for the free iWalk charger we received when you first opened.
