The micro ribbon cables are extremely fragile. After the repair, there was an issue with the flashlight on my phone. As I mentioned earlier, it's one of the most fragile designs, and failures happens quite often. I could not be more impressed with the way Kerem of Dr. Phone Repair in the Hagerstown, MD Valley Mall stood by his work. Not only was my iPhone repaired, but it was also repaired with an entire new back panel which included all the built-in peripheral components. After watching Kerem work, and knowing what was involved, I can unequivocally say that Kerem is the best phone technical I've ever met. So when I was trying to buy my new phone, I told the consultant(Brian Loratto) that I was trying to buy my phone from that I wanted to get the iPhone SE prepaid with a 35$ prepaid card. Brian was having some trouble with the process because of some problems with the system so another coworker(Chloe) came over to help out. But she told Brian and I that the iPhone SE promotion only worked with a 45$ prepaid card. So I asked her again if she was sure and with absolute certainty she said yes it was the only way. I had asked about 3 times about the prepaid card. So I assumed that I didn't do enough research. However when Brian was on the phone with corporate working things out, my brother asked one more time with Brian can check up with corporate about the prepaid card and guess what?? THE 35$ CARD WORKS! I was pretty upset about this. Chloe was either ignorant about this, in this case she should've just double checked instead of asserting her opinion or she was trying to upsell, which is very unethical. Either way Chloe was VERY unprofessional. The only reason I am even giving this place 2 stars instead of one is because of how awesome Brian was. He was very helpful and friendly. If you ever decide to come here you should try to talk to Brian.
