I wish I could say I had a good experience but the outcome was and still is bad. Long story short,…read morethey applied the incorrect lease length to the Iphone promotion (buy one get one) I signed up for in March. After receiving the bill in April, I saw that I was being charged for a second phone. I contacted Sprint, they said to wait until next month for the bill. It will be corrected. We played this game for several months. I finally went back to the kiosk and spoke to the salesman who sold me the phone. I explained that I was being incorrectly billed. He looked up my account but never told me he had made an "error". He asked that I go to a corporate store to resolve the issue since he could not correct it. I went to the corporate store and they put in a request. This is where I found out that the lease term was incorrect. They informed me that I would get a response in several days. The response never came, I contacted them after 2 weeks and they claimed they still had not received an answer. I repeatedly emailed them with no response. I finally went to Facebook and sent a message to Sprint, someone got back to me immediately. After spending one hour on the phone with them, they reassured me that they would correct the lease term and credit my account. But to do this I had to go back to the corporate store because they could not do it. They made notes in my account, sent me a text explaining the situation to show the store manager. Feeling good I headed over to the store. Immediately the salesman told me it cant be done. They called Sprint Support, the representative said the prior representative made an error and did not have the correct information and said I had to go back to the kiosk store to resolve the issue. After 5 months I do not want to play the game any longer. So, to me this seems like a good bait and switch scheme. You agree to a promotion, they enter in a lease term for one month short of the required length to get the promo and by the time you find out its to late to get it changed because of the games they play. Next step is to contact the BBB or Consumer protection board.

We also asked them to do some additional cleanup work on removing excess grout from tile.

Try somewhere else…read more My sons 1yr old iPad 9th generation accidentally had a 15 pound dumbbell fall from a short height onto the screen (less than 6in) and it cracked in 2 places. Thankfully because the height was short there was no pixel damage, the screen had normal responsiveness, and otherwise the iPad appeared to function normally. I work long hours so had the iPad at home for 4 days prior to bringing it to Techy, June 26. Bringing it in they told me it would be 189.99 for the screen repair and with taxes that came out to just above $200. I probably should have walked away at this point but hindsight is 20/20 and they said it would be done within a day or 2 and i was going on vacation the following week so just wanted the work done. Plus on Google reviews they had a 5 star rating with a decent number of reviews so I decided to go through with the work. So they called me and said it was done the same day i brought it in. Unfortunately I was already at work so came to pick it up the next day (Day 2). They said during their testing that the screen kept turning on and off (this didn't happen before I brought it in and like I mentioned I had it for 4 days broken before bringing it in) so they would need another day to fix the problem. No problem. Thankfully I live close by. They call later that day and say it's done. Again I'm at work so have to wait until the next day. Next day (Day 3) comes and I get a call that it isn't charging so they need another day. Next day (Day 4, June 30) comes and this is what I pick up. Mind you there was never any crack or damage to the button. I wish I had taken a picture of what the broken screen looked like prior but unfortunately I didnt. When questioning them about it they said they had to reseat the button multiple times and this is unfortunately the best they could do. The button is loose in the seating plus a visible gap so I'm sure all kinds of dust and debris will get inside. Also the previous button has Touch ID capabilities and this new one does not. The worst part is that there is a warranty on the screen if it stops working but I asked about if the button is covered under the warranty and it of course isn't. I also noticed some small cracks that look to be under the new screen. They don't seem to impact the functionality of the screen and is just more a cosmetic defect so im not as worried about that. Plus if the screen stops functioning due to a tech issue that's at least covered. I'm devastated. I expected much better quality work for $200. I feel like I got scammed. The one good point is all the staff was very nice and professional. The visible appearance of the shop is nice and clean. I want to clarify I am not unhappy with the time it took for them to do the work just the overall quality of work and price together. I have no problem if you need extra time to do good work. Update: July 27th the button has completely stopped working. So less than a month. I also have noticed that I've had issues accessing my sons Apple ID which has me very concerned and this wasn't a problem prior. I don't even want to take it back to have them potentially ruin it more so here I am with a broken iPad out $200 with a potential security issue.
