wanted to switch to t-mobile and my agent was very helpful. i was signing up for an age dependent plan but didn't know that i needed to be the primary account and i guess the agent didn't know either because he let my 28-year old partner be the primary. got our first bill and it was forty dollars more than the plan we signed up for. come to find out, the plan automatically switched to a plan where my partner is able to be the primary. t-mobile will not fix it. despite 2 calls and lots of conversation, they refuse to back up the agents lack of knowledge. they didn't stand behind their product but instead blamed it on a strict computer program. lamest excuse ever. read more

Tech support is no help. A can of cheese whiz would do better. Bill is erratic. Clearing up issues even with receipts in hand is difficult. Checking into a better provider. read more

We went in to ask for pricing/package options for switching to T Mobile from a different carrier. We asked to see the plan options and she asked us " how much can you afford?" We told her what ever was necessary since I didn't know how much I paid (I was still under my parents account-bless them) and my husband is ... my husband and doesn't know. Anyway, we told her whatever necessary and she said "well I need to know how much you can afford." We then told her we wanted the cheapest plan they had. She stared at us and again said "I need to know how much you can afford". After that I asked her if it was possible to view their plan options online and she said " I don't know I've never looked on our website". So my husband and I looked at each other and realized she did not want to help us. So we left. Whatever young lady was working at this T Mobile store at 7:45pm on 01/05/2023 needs to return to training and work on her 1. Client service skills 2. Client communication skills 3. Patience. We were very disappointed and will not be moving forward with T Mobile. read more

Had to go to store in- person; cannot get a resolution via phone service. Two employees in store, no one else. VERY rude. Told husband and I that one of us would have to wait outside (even tho store capacity is 8 in times of Covid and there was literally NO ONE ELSE in the store. So I stood outside in 37 degree weather waiting for them to explain to him that they didn't know how to solve the problem. Effing. Idiots. Really a shame since up until now I've been happy with T Mobile service, but the customer service gets a straight up ZERO. read more

This is a terrible store. They attempted to try to add on extras to my account and say it was free under a bundle promotion, but was actually billing me and telling me it's gonna come off my account in two months the next billing cycle I would never shop here again. read more

Love the staff I was there between 12:30 and 2pm. They were very cordial and welcoming. The gentleman showed an earnest desire to help me figure out why no calls were coming in or out to my phone. I felt very comfortable. They are a credit to your business. This is in reference to the t mobile in valley mall. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.
