I wish I could say I had a good experience but the outcome was and still is bad. Long story short,…read morethey applied the incorrect lease length to the Iphone promotion (buy one get one) I signed up for in March. After receiving the bill in April, I saw that I was being charged for a second phone. I contacted Sprint, they said to wait until next month for the bill. It will be corrected. We played this game for several months. I finally went back to the kiosk and spoke to the salesman who sold me the phone. I explained that I was being incorrectly billed. He looked up my account but never told me he had made an "error". He asked that I go to a corporate store to resolve the issue since he could not correct it. I went to the corporate store and they put in a request. This is where I found out that the lease term was incorrect. They informed me that I would get a response in several days. The response never came, I contacted them after 2 weeks and they claimed they still had not received an answer. I repeatedly emailed them with no response. I finally went to Facebook and sent a message to Sprint, someone got back to me immediately. After spending one hour on the phone with them, they reassured me that they would correct the lease term and credit my account. But to do this I had to go back to the corporate store because they could not do it. They made notes in my account, sent me a text explaining the situation to show the store manager. Feeling good I headed over to the store. Immediately the salesman told me it cant be done. They called Sprint Support, the representative said the prior representative made an error and did not have the correct information and said I had to go back to the kiosk store to resolve the issue. After 5 months I do not want to play the game any longer. So, to me this seems like a good bait and switch scheme. You agree to a promotion, they enter in a lease term for one month short of the required length to get the promo and by the time you find out its to late to get it changed because of the games they play. Next step is to contact the BBB or Consumer protection board.

Keep that in mind 1hr away. When I got my phone back it worked fine for about a week and the phone screen would just not turn on, it would be extremely glitchy. So I had to make the hour drive back 4 different times to this place because he could never get it fixed. A total of 8hrs was spent on driving back and forth because of the damn issues. Only thing I will say ye did give me a discount on the last replacement. I just can't believe it took 4 times for a screen replacement. I am a long time sprint customer and I was so happy to learn not only was there a new Sprint authorized dealer near my home but they were also giving out a FREE Iwalk battery charger just for stopping by. I stopped in over a month ago and was advised they were out if the iwalk however I could reedem my coupon and add my name to a wait list...no problem... I added my name and I went on with my life. After a few weeks I received a text from a # I did not recognize advising the iwalk was now available. Problem is that in an effort to save time, the STORE MANAGER had mass text myself and 41 OTHER SPRINT CUSTOMERS to advise the device was in. My number and 41 other numbers were clearly visable in the text chain. I was then overloaded with rely to all texts the rest of the day, but it gets MUCH WORSE!!! When I went to the store with my 4 minor kids and advised the manager of my concern regarding the BREECH OF MY PRIVACY the store manager told me by putting my name on the list they had the right to give my account number and proceed to argue with me. Rather then deal with an irrate employee, I told him I would call Sprint right then and there to discuss my concern. The store manager proceed to tell me I could not call Sprint on my own cell from his store and that I had to leave. I Remained in the store and called Sprint and the store manager proceed to call the WV State Police and actually had tax payers waste money having the state police come to the store just to advise no crime has been commited!!! To make it all worse once I received my CAD number to use in a possible lawsuit, I also asked for the girls name that had been behind the counter since she was a witness to the while fiasco and she advised she didn't even work there and she was just the MANAGERS DAUGHTER!!! I am so beyond upset regarding the whole ordeal and I am pursuing legal recourse as Sprint can only do an internal investigation and possibly severe vendor relations. Hopefully some of the other 41 people in the mass text have also complained. I can tell you for sure that if by some small chance I remain a Sprint customer after this ordeal I will NEVER VISIT THE SPRINT AUTHORIZED DEALER located in the Spring Mills shopping center. They are rude, unprofessional and completely idioic to think mass texting customer account numbers to other customers is a good time save.

Sure, go online and I'm sure you can find places to get the same batteries about the same price from a dozen places, so how do you know where to go? You to the place that goes ABOVE & BEYOND what any customer should/would expect to provide A++++ customer service. Remember the days when all locally owned businesses had that "small town/everybody knows your name" type of service and relationship with their customers? It's MORE than that at Battery One. I needed to get replacement batteries for my motorized scooter before I flew out of the country early the next day. The batteries I need aren't normally in stock at battery places so I was relieved to find they had them, but would be closing in an hour. GPS said it was a 45 min drive, so I jumped in the car but it was rush hour so traffic was bad. When I called from the road, they assured me they'd stay open until I got there. I finally arrived right at closing time and bought the batteries. Because I had never put in batteries before, they kindly offered to do it for me even though they were now closed. He got some tools, took out all the screws in the battery case but it wouldn't open. We both looked to see if there was a screw he missed, a secret clasp or some trick that he/we missed but no luck!!! The only thing he thought might work was to drill out the screw holes in front so it would release, however, he didn't have a drill in the store. He said the Home Depot, which was about 10 mins away, would probably do it for me for free and that he'd even wait for me to go there and back since I was in such a bind. I almost wept! By the time I got to Home Depot, got help and came back, another 30 mins had passed. As he patiently changed out the old batteries, we chatted casually and I found out he wasn't the owner but he knew that the owner wouldn't mind him keeping the store open to help. He also said he was supposed to be playing at a softball game right then but he didn't mind being late. Wow. I felt terrible. But SO impressed by his kindness. After he put the batteries in and made sure the cover was back on the best he could, he even waited for me to take a quick ride around on my scooter to make sure everything was working before he helped me load the scooter back into my car. It was an hour and 15 mins after closing, but he gave me a warm friendly smile and wished me a safe drive home. OMG! You'll never get this level of care and service from a box store or Walmart. Like I said, batteries are batteries. But this kind of service is unheard of! Thank you Battery One. THANK YOU!
