The installation was a bit complicated, but Kurt's guys, Joe and Adam, stuck with it and didn't take the easy way out. The next day, a Sunday, a piece on the dish went bad. Excede told me I would have to wait three days for a tech to come out to make the repairs. This is after more than 50 minutes on the phone. I called Kurt, and he drove in from his home - 90 plus minutes each way - to hook me back up to the Internet. I am very grateful for his diligence and integrity in backing up his product. He answers the phone and is available, and Always, Always seems to have the answers I need, When I need them. He is devoted to his customers and loyal, and his install team does a fast, efficient job too. My first dish with them, Joe installed in ice and know and I know his hands were freezing too! They are good, hard working and really get the job done right! In this business, they truly excel and do care about their customers, something other companies should do, but many don't give us the time of day. It is a relief to be able to call someone who knows and is willing to go that extra distance. They are really an asset and very valuable team and you're lucky to get their service and install!

I was a loyal customer of Antietam Cable/Broadband for 9 full years, always paying my bills on time…read moreand without any issues. When I sold my house, I promptly called to cancel the service and arranged for equipment pickup. The technician who came out confirmed everything was settled and the agent on the phone explicitly told me that I would receive a check in the mail for any remaining credit balance on my account. Months went by with no check arriving, and no bill or statement ever showed up either. I assumed everything was closed out properly. Then, out of nowhere, I received a notice claiming I owed $20 for equipment not returned and that it was sent to collections. Instead of resolving this simple matter or even sending a proper final bill, they escalated it straight to collections even though they had my telephone number and forwarding address. This is how Antietam treats a long-term, paying customer? Over pocket change? It's absolutely ridiculous and shows a complete lack of customer care. To make it worse, I had even referred the new homeowner (who bought my property) to Antietam, thinking they were a decent local provider. Never again. What a disgrace of a company. Avoid if you value fair treatment and basic accountability. I urge anyone reading this to think twice before signing up with Antietam Broadband. Loyal customers apparently mean nothing when there's a tiny balance to chase.
