When you hire Prodigy, you are hiring them for the service and knowledge and not their pricing. From my first consultation with Paco, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. They communicate everything, every step of the way. I was most impressed with their service this morning. They did some re-wiring and last night and this morning, my network was not working at 100%. I called their after-hours support at 6am, and with the urgency of the matter, Paco called me back within minutes. He had his crew back here within the hour and they fixed everything. Anyway, she somehow broke the molded piece where you insert your power cord. No idea how she did that, didn't even know it was something you could break, but there you are, it's The Queen. Anyway we took her computer in to Chat Tech Solutions to see if they could fix it, The office is small but so cute. Very open space and lots of natural light. The gentleman who was working there was very pleasant and offered us beverages while he assessed the damage to the computer. He called someone because he was not sure if the repair could be done and it turns out, they do not do that type of repair because it requires soldering. However he was kind enough to recommend another place of business, which is where we ended up going to get the repair done. For me that shows a wonderful regard for taking care of the customer, even though they did not make the sale. I will definitely consider them for other work that they can take care.

I can honestly say I've had no issues since that time. So he took my laptop and external hd to try to get the data from it. Unfortunately, it was fried pretty badly, but they work with another company that specializes in data recovery. I had my important data backed up already, so i decided to get a new computer all together bc i compromised on the original one that fried out. Figured i would just get the one i really wanted. They recycled the old computer and returned my external hd the same day i made the decision. Throughout the process, i was completely informed of their progress via email. If i wanted to replace my hd and recover windows, i wouldve gladly given them my business. A loud voice kept repeating that message. I could not turn the computer off or silence the voice. A phone number appeared saying I needed to call it for help. Instead, I called FireLogic. I was quickly put through to a technical dispatcher who listened to my problem and connected me to a technician named Danny. Danny was familiar with the particular virus, he told me where it came from and said he knew how to deal with it. He was calm and knowledgeable and walked me through what to do. Within about ten minutes the laptop system was restored. Danny made sure my anti-viral system was still intact. He suggested that even though everything looked fine I should put the laptop through a complete viral check. I did that after we hung up. Two hours later he called just to be sure the viral check had not revealed any problems. FireLogic is an excellent company. I recommend them highly.
