I ordered to my hotel and it came very fresh and warm. It's very good. I enjoy the breakfast burrito & the steak was cooked nicely. I'd eat here again & again!

Big breakfast for dinner

Sometimes you just want to have breakfast for dinner! Diner's menu with modern twists. Service was good on a busy weekend night. Seating is perfect for small or big gatherings.

Breakfast Breakfst Burrito

Went here for brunch with a group of friends The service was excellent! I ordered the breakfast burrito, it was ok mainly hash brown in it barely any meat and it lacked flavor :( so I was a little disappointed, I wish it tasted as good as it looks lol My friend got the blueberry pancakes which was good, it was more about the ambience for me! It's a nice place to get together with friends or family maybe some cocktails, I still need to try their dinner menu and give the food another chance :)

Been here more times than I can count and it's always great. The servers are consistently kind and helpful, and the food is solid every time. No complaints at all. It's one of our go-to spots whenever we can't decide where to eat because it never disappoints.

I had a nice Mother's Day lunch here. The biggest thing was something affordable with quality food, so this place gave me what I was looking for. I really enjoyed the ambiance! I dont recommend going with a large party of people or for an intimate setting, it is very busy/lively ;however the drinks and food made up for it. I ordered the honey hot chicken & waffles + the mango Paloma drink - 8/10 for me My mom got the steak & frites + Strawberry mojito - 10/10 for her lol My grandmother got the chili, and burger + strawberry lemonade - 8/10 for her

Farmer's Scramble

Took the wife out for a quick brunch while running errands. We were pleasantly surprised that it only took about 5 minutes to get seated for 2 as a walk in. We ordered a peach Bellini and an espresso martini. The drinks were good quality given the typical high DMV prices. For entrees, the wife ordered the Farmer's scramble with the eggs cooked hard. They were very accommodating to this request, and the presentation and flavor was definitely there. For myself, I got the berry ricotta pancakes with a side of bacon. Man, that bacon was so satisfyingly crunchy! The pancakes were soft, pillowy, and the cheese was a welcome addition. We ordered a few of their tarts to go. Highly recommend brunch here if you can get a table.

Great experience here! Service was super nice for my larger group. Food was brought out quickly and hot which was so awesome since it was really busy when we came. BEAUTIFUL interior, this is one of my favorite locations to come to. Very stunning. Menu has a great variety of options which I love. They even had fun fall seasonal offerings

Nicely decorated interior. Kinda fancy actually. There is a good amount of seating as well. Staff is friendly but if you get seated in the back they might forget about you. Service was okay. Food is decent.

Went here for a breakfast on a Sunday. We had reservation and got seated right away. The ambience is casual yet a little more relaxed compared to some other diners. Service was quick and our server Frank was great. I added blueberries to my pancake stack and chose sausage links for my meat. It was great and I was really happy with the meal. Would definitely come back.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake

Ted's bulletin in ballston has a little bit of everything. What it had for me, was a much needed sweet treat after a filling meal. We stopped by after dinner and were seated by a very friendly server. He was patient as we ordered our eclectic combination of drinks and desserts from the comfort of the fancy well lit booth we were seated in. I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake, and it was exactly what it sounds like. Vanilla Ice cream with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal spread throughout. Each bite better than any bowl for breakfast. And I got a little extra cup to share with a friend!

Top notch brunch, service and ambiance. The salmon was quite tasty and all of our food was delicious. The sangria was also perfectly made. Definitely worth the visit.

Thick Cut French Toast

Love love the breakfast fare here, particular the fresh and innovative takes on standard breakfast plates. A huge shoutout to the Turkish eggs - the garlicky yogurt spread mixed with perfectly poached eggs with just a drizzle of hot chili oil and lightened up with slices of cucumber and dill sprigs - I can have this everyday and not tire of it. Perfectly balanced in every way! The ambiance is light and airy, even on a cloudy day, it feels sunny and bright. Service is attentive and friendly and quick. This is a go to place for breakfast that doesn't require a wait on Saturday mornings.

Jalapeo Popper Wonton

I've come to this Ted's Bullentin twice now and enjoyed it each time. I feel like the 14th St location is a bit better, but Ballston doesn't disappoint. Especially those jalapeño popper wontons, absolutely delicious. I could eat those as my entire meal. I've also had the steak frites with chimichurri, another great dish. The highlight was really our waitress yesterday. Probably the nicest waitress I've had since moving to Arlington lol. Wish I had caught her name but she was incredible!

I'm delighted to write this review of Tupelo Honey…read more Let me first start off by saying I was fortunate enough to attend the opening of the original one in Asheville, NC then I went to the opening of second one in my hometown of Greenville, SC. I must say Tupelo Honey Is such a beautifully crafted place that pulls you out of the everyday hustle and bustle and places you within the southern comfort and warmth that oozes through the ambiance with smiles when they great you. It's natural unforced southern hospitality from A-Z. Also of note If you're able to please ask for the (Chef's Table) and thank me later! Now to the food I started off with the famous fried green tomatoes as an appetizer then I ordered a fresh squeezed pineapple juice that was just delicious after that the amazing shrimp and grits that's so delightful and the creole sauce is blended to perfection. Here's a little food hack for ya, add pieces of your fried green tomatoes into your shrimp and grits I promise you won't regret it!! for dessert you absolutely have to try the strawberry butter pecan cheesecake!! Whaaaaaat?? Yes... you read that correctly.. so just take my word for it and trust me"The Butler Brand Review" I will always remain true.. Hats off to you Tupelo Honey of Arlington, VA it's awesome to know that the classic signature of your brand remains the same no matter the location!!! But all I ask let's kick it up a notch and put one in NY and CT why not show the Tri state and New England area some love and what they've been missing!!! I'm here to help lol Happy dining, W.D.

When we made the reservation in advance, we called to ask if happy hour was everywhere or just at the bar; they said everywhere, so we booked a table. Plot twist, it's only at the bar / downstairs :))) We arrived 15 minutes early, so while they got our table ready, we ordered at the bar. 5 stars for the bartender. If I could review her, the host, and the happy hour prices in isolation, I would! They moved us upstairs, we sat down, and immediately saw the menus were different. We asked the gentleman bringing waters about happy hour and he sent the waiter over. The waiter, with about 2% helpfulness, shared that happy hour is only downstairs. I mentioned that we had called in advance to ask. We asked if it would be possible to have that menu or perhaps move. The conversation felt like pulling teeth. He said, with much dismissiveness, it was up to the host downstairs to move and if they had availability and left. (Fair, we move, he doesn't get his tip. An alternative? Give us the happy hour menu, still get your tip. Better yet, just be slightly helpful?) The host downstairs found us a table but shared it was booked at 6:15 so we needed to be in and out. It was no problem because we had arrived before 5 (early, remember?). Although, it took 15 minutes (I timed it!) for anyone to come bring waters or address us as their table. A little hard to operate with urgency when no one takes your order!! I got up, told the host stand, and they sent a server over, and he proceeded to come back all of three times. We also had to flag him down to get our check, while we sat with empty waters that were never once refilled. We had pizza, cod sliders, and half orders of aglio e olio pasta. The cod sliders were more breadding than fish, but the flavor was decent. The pasta was delicious. No five star Italian meal, but it hit the spot and the portion was plentiful. I didn't try the pizza but it was 12 inches, piping hot, and the two eating it couldn't finish it. The food came out quickly and hot. I think we spent under or just about $100 for four folks to have dinner + drinks, so the prices are really solid. Perhaps you get what you pay for though? Both of our male servers seemed annoyed to be dealing with us and mostly unhelpful. Noteworthy mention: there was a female server who was kind enough to bring us a brown paper bag for our to go box. She was running around and her tables seemed well cared for. Disappointed in my experience and the customer service.

About that $23 salad: The portion is a little skeet (that's an STL term - look it up) but the chicken was honestly juicy and flavorful as hell. A very nice touch to add a stem of Rose for the women. I would say that I gave it a lower star rating not because the food was bad. It was actually delicious, but probably the experience itself. The restaurant felt chaotic, and even though all the tables were not completely packed of course there were flowers everywhere people gathering with grandmother's mother's children, etc We were seated in a two people table and all the top past dishes started to pile up very quickly. Instead of monitoring, the progress of the finished dishes and removing those dishes due to space constraint, the dishes came from the kitchen, almost on top of one another, and at one point I had to hold a dish in my hand in order to make space to put a dish on top of another flatbread pan/dish, making things super chaotic. Also dishes had to be put on top of the menu because in order to order additional food, you need to leave at least one copy of the menu at the table. Overall, again the flavors and taste were good, though I might have had similar dishes from other places, and my partner commented that some of it is actually very close to the Capital One landing at DCA. I would just say that it was more due to the chaos and just the way that all the dishes piled up on top of us we felt like we were we had to eat super quickly so that we could stack dishes ourselves and create room at the table. Also, when serving the dishes were not kept level and basically was slide to the side of the dish, making presentation off
