To make things worse, the cashier checked it out before even confirming inventory, so I had to go back and return it. The website clearly showed it was available, but in reality, it wasn't. They do free alternator/battery tests as well as windshield wiper installations for free. The customer service is always hit or miss. I originally walked in asking if they can do a a battery/alternator test. He said yes, that he will be out in a few minutes and asked me to repark in front of the store. It took longer than 10 minutes for him to finally come outside. He did the battery test and said it's fine, but that it may not last much longer. I told him I would rather just have the battery changed and that I have one in the car. He was hesitant to install it in case it was the wrong battery, but I had purchased it from Costco and already knew it was the correct one. There is plenty of parking available, but they do share the lot with Gold's Gym and Dollar Tree (as well as other businesses), so I'm sure it can get busy. I'm giving 3 stars mostly because of the wait time. If I'd known I'd be waiting that long, I would've just gone to the other one on the way to my original destination.

Even at one point said they can't help anymore because there boss has to approve, they seemed confused as to why their boss wasn't trying to help resolve the problem! Basically, my wife purchased a Living Social deal for auto detailing for me and her dad, my father-in-law. We took our cars there on a Saturday morning and was not available for pickup until about 3 pm. My car was nice and clean, I was fairly happy. HOWEVER, my father-in-laws car was in worse shape than we brought it. It appeared that some type of chemical was spilled on the headlight covers and it marred and etched the plastic. The employee new something was wrong and was worse than we brought it. The manager was called in who completely denied anything was wrong, blamed us for trying to pull some kind of con, and refused to try to make it better. Instead, he told us that WE could pay about $100 each for a service they conveniently offered to "restore" the clarity of the headlights! After an hour of arguing we just left, no offer of correction or compensation. I contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) who tried to reach Titan, without prevail. In the meantime, unbeknownst to me, my father-in-law went back and talked to someone. They then called me and said they would rectify the problem. They did! They fixed his headlights and restored the clarity using their "service" at no charge. They did make it right in the LONG run, which is what they should have done the moment there was a problem, not 2-3 weeks later. BTW, the review from Pesho is biased. He is one of the employees I think.

Additionally, Sal agreed to text me a link w/ all of their available certified pre-owned Ioniq 5s. I was able to see the one I wanted( Ioniq 5 w/ shooting star matte finish) and confirmed with Sal that I would be in to check out the vehicle and make the purchase. Sal had the vehicle ready when I arrived, therefore I was able to test drive it immediately. Lastly, my experience with Wyatt in the financial office was great as well. Although I had my own financing Wyatt added additional confirmation in my purchase decision, as he himself owns an Ioniq 5. Very down to earth staff made the buying process seamless. While I'll have this vehicle for years to come, I will certainly recommend Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly in the future, and will return myself if/when I am ever in the market for another vehicle. Great customer service breads return business and these guys hit the mark today.

Since I did not receive a response at all, a review is warranted. My issue is with communication. I made an appt for 7:45am, but decided to drop it off the evening before but write down that I made a 7:45 appt. I got a text confirming receipt of my car at 7:50am. I text at 10am, 10:35 and 11:25 asking for an ETA. I called 4 times between 10-11:30, hung up on once. When I finally talked to the service advisor he told me other cars with owners waiting come first. I asked another service advisor and the cashiers if that was correct, they all said no. I had an appt at 7:45, should be no more than 2 hours. I didn't get my car until after 12:30. Asked for a service manager. Was told he was at lunch. The cashiers told me to fill out the form and the GM would definitely call me. No call. The service advisor had written on the paperwork that I said need by 12pm. I never told him that. I told him in my third call to him that I made the appt for early morning because I don't have all day to wait for my car. They have now lost two customers for service since my husband and I both have Hyundai/Genesis, and we will be looking for another place to service our cars. Communication is just as important as service. It is no wonder there are so many bad reviews. I asked them if they knew they have terrible reviews. They did. Not doing much to turn that around.

Faced with limited options, MOM strongly recommended that my vehicle be towed to Patrick at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, an advisor she trusts and that recommendation proved invaluable. Over the past year, my experiences with several service representatives at other dealerships had unfortunately been marred by unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, poor communication, and little to no follow-through, so expectations were guarded. This vehicle holds significant sentimental value for MOM following the loss of Tonya, my sister, on June 28, 2024; Tonya left explicit instructions that the car be taken to Patrick for any care needs, making trust essential. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue.
