    DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER THERE!!! We took our computer to…read moreget the screen replaced. The only thing wrong with it was the cracked screen. Everything else worked just fine. We were told that once the part came in, we could drop off our computer, and it would be ready the same day. We had to call them on a Wednesday to see if the part had arrived after they told us it would be in on a Tuesday. We dropped the computer off on Wednesday and were told it would be done later that day. That was far from the truth. They called us later that day to say that they couldn't get the screen to work and they would continue to work on the problem. We called them the next day to find out what was happening with our computer and they said they ordered another screen because they thought that one was faulty and the part would not be to them for several days. Once the part came in, they called to tell us that they still couldn't get it to project. They wanted to charge us more money to diagnose the problem. We told them absolutely not. We told them to put the original screen back on and that we were coming to pick it up in a few hours. They then said that they couldn't do it that day because they had other tickets to do. REALLY?!?!?! Are we not a ticket for them to complete? They had our computer for a week after we were promised "same-day" service. We don't know what they did to it when they had it, but they messed it up so badly that we had to get a new computer. With the exception of calling us to tell us the computer wasn't working and that they wanted more money to diagnose, we had to call them to get updates even after being told us they would call us back. Don't put yourself through this. Find another place
