I would not recommend that you take your phone to this repair shop. I took my phone to this location, 45 minutes away from my house, at the recommendation of a friend. After 3 separate visits, I just left with a broken phone, $100 poorer and the owner of the business, Hashim, telling his employee at the shop (over the phone) that he was "too busy" to speak to me on the phone about my complaints today, and that if I called "he was not going to pick up the phone," but that I could go back to the store on Monday or try to call him then.
A recap of my visits:
Visit 1 - I had my phone screen replaced after I dropped it and the screen cracked. During the repair, the owner recommended a battery replacement, which I bought. The owner said the repair had a lifetime guarantee. That evening, I realized the button of my iphone 6s was loose (jiggly) and my phone would randomly turn on and off, no matter the battery level. Also, the quality of resolution was not the same as before the repair. Having a phone malfunctioning like this was basically the same as not having a cell phone.
Visit 2 - I took the phone back for the button and the battery issue to be resolved. The battery was replaced, as was the screen. After leaving the shop, I received a call letting me know that my phone was missing 2 small screws and to please return to the shop so the screws could be put back. I was not able to return to the store at that time. The phone button was still jiggly. The next morning I dropped my phone on accident from about 10 inches above the ground and the screen cracked, and then my phone stopped functioning. The phone behaved as if someone were pressing the screen and different keys simultaneously, to the point where I could not even put in my passcode correctly, so I got locked out of the phone.
Visit 3 - 3 weeks later, I returned and asked for the screws to be put back and for the screen to be repaired. I got the screws back and installed but was told by the shop employee, under direction of the store owner Hashim over the phone, that they would not fix the screen because of the screw issue and the fact that I dropped the phone so that was not covered under warranty. Hashim also said that I had all the opportunity in the world to have gone in to get the phone repaired earlier. After pressing the shop employee to either repair the screen (which we had been told had a lifetime warranty) or refund my money, he said that he could not do either, and that all that he could do at that point was request that Hashim speak with us. The employee called Hashim, re-explained the situation and that's when Hashim refused to speak with me.
The irony of all of this is the fact that my phone is broken for good despite the repair money I spent, and on the first visit Hashim requested a 5-star online review.
One more thing potential customers should know is that the replacement iphone screen is not the same quality of the original iphone screen. If you want the same quality, you have to request it and it will be more expensive than the price you are automatically quoted. At no point does anyone explain this upfront.
