It's refreshing, especially after dealing with the "geniuses" at Apple where it seems as though the solution to every problem is a new iPhone. I refused to believe a hairline 1/8 inch crack in screen doomed me to spend 1/2 a paycheck on a new phone. A co-worker told be to come to "uBreakiFix" when my tpuch screen was not responding. Apple insisted that it was a "motherboard issue" that reqd a new phone. uBreakiFix wasn't surprised to hear the "genius'" take. After trying all they could to save me from having to pay them a DIME, uBreakiFix replaced the screen for about $150 (OLED). I came in today, frantic, bc I need my cell to login. I had updated new iOS and my phone was unresponsive afterwards (apparently an issue with many iPhones updating to 16.?). Forced restart didn't work/charge/nothing. I wasn't feeling too optimistic when I dropped it off at 4pm. They ran diagnostics on my 14+ (free) and told me that they'd have it fixed or have an answer for me in 1-1.5 hrs. When I returned it was working like a charm. The county IT dept couldn't do it but these guys/girls did. They said it was a simple fix, appreciated my return business and I walked out...NO CHARGE. Do not go to this business…read morewith your laptop or any device that needs to be fixed.  I wanted to get an estimate of what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost to fix my laptop. I submitted an online ticket and dropped off my laptop. I heard no update all weekend or on Monday, so I called on Tuesday morning when they opened at 10 a.m., stating I would be picking up my laptop and looking at other places to get an estimate. SURE ENOUGH someone had picked up my laptop right after I left a voicemail stating I was unsatisfied with the timeframe, received no updates on my laptop, and was taking my business elsewhere. I was charged $50 for someone to "look at it" when I didn't want the service anymore. I had to pay the $50 to get the laptop, and I called THREE different numbers multiple times to stop the process, but that was clearly ignored.  This business is no good for UT students who need their laptops fixed quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. They were going to charge me $300 for service and replacement. In comparison, I went down the street to 1Up Repairs and was quoted $170.  Overall, I am frustrated with receiving no updates, finally getting in contact with someone after the service I did not want was completed, and the service charge of $50 that was not known unless you scroll to the very bottom of the website and then it states it in very small letters. They scam people out of $50 and try to say, "It says it on the website and every time we call." Well, I never received a call back from the 15 calls and voicemails I left until the inspection was completed, so I never got to hear that they would charge me $50 for an inspection.

This duo saved my Note 5 from a serious drowning when I woke up one morning to find it floating on…read moremy nightstand. It was in its fancy case but the charging port seal had broken off and water spilled out when opened. After TBH Repairs dried it, it was taken apart, cleaned extensively, reassembled and everything worked again except for the speaker microphone which they ordered and it was here the next day. What could have been a $600 nightmare repair turned into a small cell phone repair and I was back in action not missing important calls. I felt unlucky to have drowned my cell but extremely lucky to have their help to save my cell phone.
