This is my go to place to get my iPhones fixed. They are always professional, and the turn around is usually about a day or so. I recently brought in a phone that I tried to fix myself based of a YouTube video that made it look like a quick fix. Needless to say, it didn't work, so I ended up bringing it in. I was initially quoted a price to have the whole piece replaced. Fortunately, they were able fix it without having to replace the part for a much cheaper price! I learned my lesson, and will leave the repairs up to the professionals. I would recommend this place to friends and family. read more

I'm all for small business but my only experience with iSmashed went like this. Android user; kind of a roughneck. Have a working cattle ranch; primary paycheck comes from communications. This means your cell phone works because of my industry. Guess I'm the Pig Pen of Hays County. Awhile back when my charging port stopped there was a similar business in Bee Cave. I'd walk in and less than 5 minutes I walked out no charge. Call me when you break your screen he'd tell me. Flash forward a few years and enter this business. I'd survived on Android Auto BT devices and wireless chargers for years. My port needed to actually work. Explained what I needed and he quoted I think $35. I could be plus or minus $8; even searched all my transactions for the actual total. Six minutes of work.....Told him the same story I told above and I get quips like that don't pay the bills brah. It's a good deal MAAAAN. Well, I just ordered the S26 Ultra folks. It's coming but a special surprise via the Samsung rep in the nearby Belterra shopping center. My own tool so I NEVER have to visit iSmashed again for the same issue. Pic posted; find your own online. Arrogance destroyed...... read more

I have found my answer to broken screens or screen protectors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had screen protectors in stock for mine and my daughter's phones (iPhone 13 & 15). He was able to change them out for us in about 5 minutes. No waiting in line, easy parking and a very fair price. Only took a few minutes more to fix my phone than it did for me to break it. read more

I jumped into a pool to pull my toddler out (even though we've been working all summer on it, he's not as good of a swimmer as I anticipated). Apple says their iPhone 14 is waterproof, but I quickly learned that that isn't true. My camera lenses started fogging up and the phone began having performance issues. I quickly shut off the phone and took it in to iSmashed. Scott quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed within 24 hrs. The service was exceptional and the price was great. If your phone is busted for whatever reason, I highly recommend taking it in to him. read more

The fix worked and looks good as well. They were polite, professional and in good communication...cant ask for more.

Scott is incredibly professional and repaired my phone almost instantaneously. He was patient and informative as I threw every tech related question I had at him. His ability to multi task while providing exceptional customer service is impressive. I won't say I look forward to breaking another overpriced device, however; Repairing my phone doesn't seem as daunting knowing I can rely on an honest, local business. read more

So fast! I've used them twice now to fix broken screens on my iPhone, and they always do a great job. Second time, I just stopped by and hoped they weren't busy. They fixed my screen while I waited, and it only took about 5 minutes. Price is good - highly recommend. read more

I foolishly believed I could replace my galaxy s9 phone battery myself but then it wouldn't charge. I brought it in the Dripping Springs location and in less than 5 minutes it worked perfectly. Amazing service with friendly, knowledgable staff 10/10 read more

I can't count how many times Scott has brought my daughter's iPhone back from the dead. Everything from being flung out of a carnival ride at Founders to being stepped on, ans so on. The fix is almost always same day and at an honest price. ISmashed is the best around! read more

I have been to see these guys twice for a broken phone & a grain of rice stuck in airpods. We've been bringing busted phones here for years. They are fast and honor their warranties. Was waiting in line behind a douche who demanded a refund, owner went above beyond. Kudos to iSmashed. read more

Chuck did an excellent job fixing my iPhone 10 after I dropped it. He is incredibly friendly, shows you The inside of your phone and how it works, and fixes the phone for you right on the spot! Best place I've found for repairs. Knowledgeable and friendly. Great rates, what's not to love. Highly recommend.

This is the only place I'd consider taking my phones or tablets to for repair. I recently dropped an iPad Pro 4, shattered the screen. Apple wanted a fortune to fix, so I started shopping around. Checked several places, this one had the best reviews and a great price. They got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time, and the iPad is like new. Friendly guys, no mega store vibe. iSmashed is AMAZING!! As a waitress and dedicated equestrian, I'm very hard on my phone. Well, I was taking tables one evening and spilled a tray of water in my apron with my phone in the pocket.. yeah. It drowned. The next day, I brought it in to iSmashed and he had it fixed in under 2hrs! I sat there for most of it and watched, and he was kind enough to go out of his way to explain what he was doing so I could understand. When all was said and done, he ended up replacing the screen on my iPhone 6s, the front camera, the rear camera, fixing the charging port, and he threw in a free glass screen protector! Thank you so much, iSmashed, for making this daunting inevitable chore of fixing a phone so painless and satisfactory! Ideally I'd never have to come back, but chances are with my rough and tumble lifestyle, I'll be back! read more

It's always expensive to fix your screen but these guys do a solid job and were fair.

The guys at Ismashed are so nice and very helpful! I had a tablet problem that they quickly diagnosed and then fixed. I highly recommend the stellar service from the guys at Ismashed. read more

This place is great ,they actually care about their customers, great work ,great conversation, thx fellas

Very impressed with the service at iSmash. I called on Saturday 1 hour before there posted closing time with a phone that had taken a swim. Charles was very up front about the uncertainty of smart phone water repairs but said he would dig in and see what he could do anyway. He stayed late just to assess my phone. He opened it up and did some sort of alcohol bath to dry it out. My phone has been working ever since. I actually made this post with it. I Recommend these guys to anyone who is careless with their smart phone......like me.. Thanks again so much read more

Truly a great place to get phones & computers repaired. James did a great job with my Mac Book & replacing the battery. Running like a charm & fixed it so fast. Worked with me to get it back to me so quick. It's a far drive from where I work & live, but worth the peace of mind. Whew!! read more

Awesome customer service over the two times I have visited to have screens repaired on my phones.

This place was awesome. Especially during Covid. Especially because earlier in the day I went to the Phone Doctor of Oak Hill and this happened: (I went in today and the guy wasn't wearing a mask. I asked him why he wasn't wearing a mask, and he told me he left it in his car. So I said... AND? He told me "because I'm the owner". So I asked him what does that have to do with Covid? He paused and said "Good question. How can I help you?". Um, you can't.) read more

Went here May 2022 for a cracked screen on my iPhone. Was offered to replace my screen with a new iPhone screen or a generic OLED screen for less cost. Opted for the OLED screen - BIG MISTAKE!! I've had nothing but problems every since my screen was replaced here!! My phone battery was fine before, now it goes from full to nothing left in 4 hours of no use or 1 hour of use!! My screen freezes and gets stuck at least once or twice a week and I have some keys that I type that are always incorrect now. I called Apple and found out if I had just taken my phone to them, a new apple screen would have been much cheaper and worked better. Not to mention they said a generic screen depletes the battery much faster! I was not told this before I replaced my screen! I contacted the owner within a week of replacing my screen to inform him of the issues I was having and was basically told I was a liar and that he would give me a 50% refund if I brought the screen back that day. Horrible service here - don't make the mistake of overpaying here for a service Apple can do better and cheaper!! And apple stands behind their service, unlike this place. read more

They are excellent! Cracked my screen and got it in to them first thing the morning after. It was a fast process and it looked better than it was prior to cracking the screen. I highly recommend them! read more

I got my screen replaced at iSmashed in Wimberley yesterday. Everything looked fine after instillation, but found that it had cracked in my BACK POCKET hours later. I assured the man at the counter that I had not dropped the phone, and that it somehow cracked while sitting on it? I've always carried my phone in my back pocket, and never had a screen break this way. He told me that the phone must have been dropped. I don't like being called a liar. Bad service, and bad business. read more

Easy to ignore until you need them. Friendly and painless service in a flash at a fair price! Thank you!

Excellent customer service, fast repair and best prices! How can you beat this? I had a family member drop off three broken ipad/iphones and received a very friendly call regarding the quote to confirm I wanted to proceed with the repair. After they quickly repaired the screens I received another phone call to let me know they were ready. Surprisingly, the final price was less than initially quoted because it was not as deep as previously suspected. I found this to be very honest as I would not have known otherwise. I will continue to use this business for all my future screen repairs. read more

For needing to self-quarantine in Austin, with a decimated iPad, finding iSmashed was truly a Godsend. From being willing to come to the car (avoiding contact) to less than 24-hour turnaround, I have a repaired iPad, and a vivid recollection of quality service from the gentleman taking care of me. The friends I am staying with comes the following: "Now we know where any phone, tablet of computer issues n Ed to go." This office is beyond every expectation! read more

Iphone 6S. Battery worn out. Charger port suspect. Apple wouldn't fix it because they saw a red moisture indicator. They wanted to sell me a new one. So I found iSmashed. I live close by so I asked them to call me when they are ready. They did and I went right over. 30 minutes later I had a new battery. I thought I might need a charger port but they said it was fine. Both fellows seemed pleasant and enjoyed their work. A good experience. The phone works better now. Great price too. Thanks iSMASHED. read more

This is the second time that I have used these guys. Both times we were completely pleased with the speed and efficiency of their service. So glad that they are local and know what they are doing. I was dreading a trip into the crowded over priced Apple store. Thanks for being there. You deserve those 5 stars. read more

Well what can I say that quite a lot of other folks have already said. Great place, Great Service, My kind of place. I recently went in for a screen protector on my I Phone and the gentleman was repairing another phone. He asked if I could wait for 20 min while he was finishing up the repair. Unfortunately I could not but I returned later to get my screen protector put on. After he installed the protector I informed him I was on there screen protector plan and he said "Don't worry about it. Since you had to come back". Great folks and Great service! Awesome local service that is hard to come by! I highly recommend this place. read more

Incredible! I went in for a cracked screen on my 10xs Max. I was out in 15 min or less. It works great! Looks amazing and the price was fair. Thank you Scott! read more

First time here. We moved to the area in November. My iPhone started acting up and then wouldn't charge. And I had an iPad with a cracked screen. Up early this morning, I searched and found iSmashed. The online reviews were excellent. I sent a note asking about their services. Scott replied as soon as they opened. I called with a few additional questions and then went to the store. Scott met me at the door, masked, diagnosed the problem and told me the price. He said the phone would be ready in 20 min and the IPad tomorrow. Great! We ran an errand and returned. Both items fixed and ready to go. Wow! In a world where customer service continues to erode (I'd called AT&T for help before I searched for iSmashed- a train wreck), this was a very very happy find. Do not hesitate, unless you really want to spend $1,400 for a new phone! read more

Fantastic service! My cell phone charging portal got dirt in it and was no longer usable. I attempted to clean it out myself, but was worried I'd only made things worse. I dropped in at ismashed with barely any notice to them. They looked at my phone on the spot, cleaned the portal, and didn't charge me a thing to do it. Small thing for them, but a big deal to me! I was so grateful. I'll look forward to using them for any future cell phone repairs! read more

first time I had to deal with a cracked iphone screen, internet research led to this business, also liked the name, email exchange and then made the trek out to dripping springs from south austin, in and out in less than 30 minutes, first-rate service, resonable cost, highly recommended, thank you! read more

These are real people, with real solutions! Scott accurately diagnosed the problem over the phone and confirmed it when I got there. Apple had told me my phone was totally fried after hooking it up to some fancy machine that could not detect it was the charge port???? They told me it was the logic board... almost convinced me to buy a new phone... Worst was my heartbreak over losing my photos and notes as I don't have it hooked up to the cloud. But not to worry, Scott repaired it in 20 minutes! Run, don't walk, to this place! And screw Apple! read more

Seriously the best phone repair service I've ever used. I break my phone about once a month, so trust me I have frequented many phone repair shops. Scott was so friendly and VERY quick! I called and left a message and was gotten back to in under 5 mins! The repair itself took under 30 mins AND was the cheapest I've seen out there! I also LOVED that they were open until 7:00PM so I could go right after work! I recommend Scott and iSmashed to anyone in the area who has a tech problem! read more
