Workers and customers were inside. When I tugged the door an employee came and said they were closed, I said what? We're here to open two new phone lines and buy two iPhone 13s, that is when he decided to "be open" and let us in. WTF? At the moment I didn't care, because I just wanted to get our errand done. We activated two new phone lines after switching from another provider. Fast forward two weeks later: I find out that the iPad we bought since they had a promotion for $300 off, THEY opened a 3rd phone line WITHOUT OUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. We found out the hard way when we saw our first bill. On top of adding the line, they decided we wanted equipment protection plan on it?!!. Outrageous. Next, they forgot to give us trade in credit for my iPhone. I had to call Verizon corporate customer service to get this corrected. I called the store to let them know I was good to return the iPad because we were not told the correct info, and the employee said we could not because it was past the 14 days. I called Verizon corporate, they indicated they was not correct, it's 30 days. I called the store back, told them the right info, didn't even apologize. Again really?! I had to write this review because there has been no accountability. I get it their employees get commission for all their sales, up-sells, and accessories, BUT DO NOT sign people up without disclosing costs and purposely not giving out the proper information. Since then, I have been on the phone with Verizon Corporate Customer service fixing the last 3 statement bills for over 5 hours total on 3 separate calls- all been soooo off by $350. They even advised me to never go to this store! Biggest mistake, next time going to their actual corporate store.

But I was told that the equipment would arrive by 2 pm so I could establish my internet (self-install, since I was "eligible" for self-install--lucky me) but when 3:30 came and went and nothing had arrived I called the store only to find out that it would be delivered by 5. I confirmed that using the tracking number I was given; 5 pm, then. They tried to pass that off as the fault of the courier, and I get that it is FedEx delivering it and not AT&T, but why give a precise time estimate like that around which people might plan their day when you have zero control over it? Because either AT&T does have some measure of control, in which case some of the blame for this lies on them, or they have zero control and they amount be telling people anything more exact than "we expect it to arrive by the end of day on X day". We'll see how this pans out but I'm starting off pretty unhappy. Editing to add: Since it's 5:02 and there's no sign of the internet device arriving, I checked with the tracking number Lisa provided me. It now says it will arrive by the end of the day. Great.

Paris was the only one working all day on Independence Day and after assisting 2 other guests before us, he spend 2 hours with us to help port a number, find us the right phones, and set up our plans for us. Just fantastic service, and incredible professionalism and expertise. I never thought I would be smiling and happy leaving a mobile phone store but the great interaction and service from Paris really did that for me and my family.

They didn't have the new phone in stock so they shipped it to us and told us that we had to bring old phone back when new phone is operational. We brought phone back and they changed their tune and told me the the phone was only worth $20.00. If I wanted to walk away from the deal I had to bring new phone back and pay a $55.00 restocking fee. It was a true bait and switch scenario which I have contactied the BBB to report as I am sure they have done this to more than one customer. My concern is that I have been an AT&T loyal customer for over 25 years and currently pay them around $450.00 a month for 5 phones, internet and U-Verse TV. The store Ass't Mgr said that her system wouldn't allow them to do anything else and that the system overrides and customer relationship. I was supposed to hear from the store Mgr. yesterday but didn't get a call. I now have to go to corporate and spend a lot of my time to rectify this bad service. Oh, they admitted that the salesperson who orignially inspected the phone made a mistake but the customer has to pay for his mistake. Public be aware of this store and the employees working there. They don't know what they are doing and don't understand customer relationships and the importance they bring to the organization.
