Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. We were greeted right away by Dave, who was helping a customer carry something out to their car. When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. I do feel as a customer, it does work better for me when I have a purpose. Then at least your asking questions based on intent rather than just simply browsing... which is totally fine as well. At the customer service desk, I told the lady standing there that i was overcharged and told her the actual sale price and she said that the sale price I stated did not show up in her system. She then said it was I that HAD TO PROVE what the sale price was by going back to the department and taking a photo and show her the sale price. No call back to a store associate. No, it was me that had to prove it. A deceptive sale and I had to prove that they overcharged me. So I did by going back and taking that photo. So I came back moments later and she was helping someone else. Then another customer service dude (who had witnessed the previous encounter) was now helping me. I clearly stated I was not only returning the cellphone case but everything due to the hassle and deception. But now for the last burn he said, "WOULD YOU LIKE A STORE GIFT CARD INSTEAD?" Seriously? This was required for me to be able to put a new band on it or I would have needed to buy a new one. Actual issue: Power tubes fried out, one regular tube went microphonic during or after the repair. Service completed (partially): 2/27/2025 These guys took 1/3 of a year (4 months) to replace two power tubes. They were almost non-responsive throughout the process and did not provided updates. Luckily I'm a hobby musician and this did not affect my livelyhood, but if you were working in the arts i would strongly advise steering clear of this place. Learn how to service your own amps, you can order the parts from the same places as these guys do and get your own work done much faster. Not to mention, after 4 months of waiting for my primary tube amp to come home... It gets home with a busted / microphonic tube. I dont think Mike or these guys at this place actually check the amps too thoroughly.

Noor turned out to be a joke! He came to my house to fix a washer machine that was only 2.5 years…read moreold. He seemed to know what he was doing, replaced a part and it was $215. Washer machine was still having issues. Came out 2 more times, 1st of those 2 times he told us not to put too many towels in the washer at same time. 2nd time he replaced another part for $85, so now out a total of $300!!!. It lasted 3 weeks and we were back at square 1. I called another appliance repair guy who came out and told me it was the gear thing that needed to be replaced which cost $515!!! I texted Noor and advised what I found out. He told me that I told him I couldn't afford to buy a new one. No I can't but I can't afford to pay you $300 for NOTHING. I asked him to be an honest guy and refund me some being I now had to buy a new washer machine. He never answered!
