They take pride in their offerings. They have a section of used & donated goods for resale all neatly displayed and hung up. I have found 2 authentic Coach purses in great condition for only $5 each!!! Then they have a retail section in which you can grab brand new items from the shelf just like at a big box store but at a vastly discounted price. I have already purchased many items that will be under my tree. Now for the best part, they have bins which contain anything & everything. All items in the bins are a flat price based on the day of the week, Fri $10 - Sat $8 - Sun $6 - Mon $4 - Tues $2 you then decide if you want the item at $10 on Fri or take a chance to see if it's still there for $2 Tues. I have found some amazing brand new items on my last couple of Friday visits such as a $278 Michael Kors wallet, $470 foot/leg circulation machine, $169 roller skates, $60 under cabinet pullout organizer and MANY more all for $10 or less!!!

I had a great experience at Costco this past weekend! Yes, it was definitely busy (as expected on a…read moreweekend), but everything was still incredibly well-organized. Even with the crowds, it was still a good experience. What really stood out to me was how helpful and friendly the employees did a great job at managing checkout lines, which at times can be a nightmare. This was not my usual Costco so it was nice to see organization. The checkout process was also surprisingly quick. The lines looked long at first, but they moved fast thanks to the team working together and staying organized. It made a huge difference. The workers scanned everything in advance so at the checkout you just scanned your card and paid. This was a first for me. Of course, Costco never disappoints when it comes to value. I was able to stock up on essentials, find some great deals, and even discover a few new items I hadn't tried before. The food court as my kids say "slaps". Fresh pizza, friendly faces, great prices can't beat Costco!

When my car was done, the person called me and when I asked whether I I need to see somebody inside Costco or outside Costco tire center. She clearly responded to see one of them outside tire center glass door and knock there. When I went out there with my sopping cart and I had to wait 5min in cold wind for someone to come and open the door to hear that no you have to go in. No you have been notified wrong. I went back in and took my cart keys and paper work. Reported what happened. I left costco just to find out that my tire air pressure is low. When checked it was less than 30in all four tires, and required air pressure is 45 and front and 48 for rear- i knocked on the door, no one looked at me. I was in hurry- stopped at air pressure station and filled up air in all four tires myself. I am amazed that they put in new tires to let the person go on road driving at alarming air pressure so they can have an incident and in that case costco tech will not to be blamed. i am glad i acted sooner. But amazed by bad service.

We shopped for some phone accessories but didn't find anything we wanted. So we made our way to the pickup line. We were greeted immediately and I mentioned that I was picking up an order. The cashier scanned my phone and quickly pulled my order. I checked it and it was exactly what I ordered. The cashier said thanks for the order and we were on our way out. Overall, the service was the winner here. Staff was friendly and the item I purchased was $100 off where every other store I checked online had it for regular price. I highly recommend buying from this location as the staff is quick to gather your online order and they are very nice at this store.

Walked into the store which was like a ghost town. I saw maybe a few customers walking around. Looked for a salesperson which took a few minutes to track down. After I told her want I wanted, she responded that she is too busy with another customer, that i should go to the front and they will find someone to help. I did just that and there was no one in teh front. Again seeing an employee with a blue jacket walk buy i asked for some to help me get the iWatch, he said that I should wait by the display and he will get someone to help me. Waited another 10 minutes and walked back to the front again and this time there was a greeter person. I asked her that I know what i want, I do not have any questions, just need for someone to give me the product. She said that everyone is busy and that it will be 15-20 minutes. I said the "The store is empty why so long", to which she replied that everyone is busy. I told her that I should have gone to an Apple Store. I waited for about 10 minutes and walked up to her again. With an annoyed expression she said that "sorry no one is available right now". I said this is unacceptable and l am leaving to an Apple Store (which I would need to drive about 10 miles. She said "I am sorry but we are short staffed". I said yes you are and whose problem is that". You don't even understand what the problem is. I drove to an Apple Store in Deerpath, and walked in. Wall to wall people and about 25 salespeople. Got attention immediately, the associate brought me the product I wanted, I paid for it and left in about 8 minutes. Drove to ABT because I wanted to look at some grills. Again packed with people, I got a salesperson immediately who walked me through the options. Best Buy VH is grossly mismanaged. You have a customer walking in the store wanting to spend $900 and is unable to do so with the store having the product. But its more than that. Its the company culture, I can see it in the attitude, the behavior and most important by the customer experience. very different attitude and experience in Apple Store and Abt Inc. It looks like a systemic problem. Alex
