Sent pictures so I could select what I liked and than decided with him what I needed. The end result was over the top.Everything is just perfect. Over the years I have had systems crash and you name it we had it.all Everything was fixed and the prices can't be beat.I was even having trouble with my I pad and before he left he explained what i needed to do. The day before the backup drive arrived, of course, my laptop crashed and I got the blue screen of death. I tried Dell but of course Dell is useless. I gave Ben my laptop and prayed he could extract my data--two years' worth of pictures of me and my kids, numerous writing projects and all kinds of personal files. In a few days Ben had extracted literally every file I had. He charged me $299 when other quotes I received ranged from $350 to $1500. He answered every email I sent him promptly. He's a good guy. If you live in Westchester or Fairfield or Putnam you should take your broken hard drive to Ben.
