Well I JUST found out that on that particular day, the guy in question, his dog passed away and he was devastated. I now feel bad for even confronting him or bringing it up again.. Our inverter broke back in March, and the only reason we even found out was because we noticed our energy bill had been unusually high for the past few months. We called on August 3rd and were told the replacement part would take 5-7 days to arrive. It's now August 10th, and we haven't received a single call, update, or follow-up from them. I've tried calling four times this morning, and no one has even answered the phone. After looking through their Yelp and Google reviews, it's pretty clear that this isn't an isolated experience. At this point, it honestly feels like they just don't care about their customers once they have your business. Really disappointed with LivSmart and the way they've handled this entire situation.
