My only surprise was the apple butter on the sandwich. I overlooked that detail when ordering, so the first bite caught me off guard because I wasn't expecting the sweetness. That's completely on me, and I should have requested that it be left off. While the apple butter wasn't my personal preference, I don't want to take away from the quality of the sandwich itself. The croissant was fresh, the bacon, egg, and cheese were generous, and I can absolutely see why someone who enjoys a sweet and savory breakfast sandwich would love it. The menu also allows for customization, which I simply forgot to do. I'll definitely order from Sean's again. Next time, I'll just remember to hold the apple butter.

Service was efficient and friendly, but they do show warmer interactions with people who are clearly regulars. Can't be mad at it. I got a strawberry matcha latte and a bacon/egg/cheese which apparently comes on a bagel and isn't customizable at all. Matcha was good -- typical more than anything. The sandwich was pre-made slop. Fake egg, limp bacon, flavorless and doughy bagel. I would have skipped on this entirely had I known they were going to grab a bag from their grab-n-go section and put it in a microwave. Totally not worth $9. Skip unless you're starving and simply need the calories. Luckily they offer a discount for anyone who works in Ponce City Market, which is sweet and made me feel better about that horrible sandwich. I decided on the Coffee of the Day with a shot of Almond and Vanilla. The Murder Blend has a smooth Coffee taste. This is the perfect blend for someone (such as myself) who enjoys the authentic taste of coffee. As I love a good Dark Blend. This Medium/Dark Blend allows the roast flavor to be very evident. The flavor profile has a heavy body, and the flavor is prominent but isn't spicy and has the authentic bittersweet tang, subtle chocolate and caramel flavors, with hints of smokiness. Yeah! As you can see, this is a perfect coffee for any moment of the day... The flavor shots are strong which pair well with the heaviness of the Murder Blend. The young lady who helped me originally was nice, however, as she wasn't as much of a coffee drinker I was unable to get her take on any of the other blends. As such, I will be back again to be surprised by the daily blend. Overall, this location is great for a break from a busy day, a chance to meet with friends, or even a quick business conversation. As such, you will just have to find street parking in the neighborhood. I ended up parking a block away. This place was crowded! I did have to wait in a line. Get a coffee just chill and they have lots of comfy chairs, kind of like the coffee shop and friends. Parking can be tricky, but there's lots of street parking around the neighborhood. Great place to stop by.
