Drink 1: Apple Butter and Vanilla Latte Drink 2: Blueberry Matcha

My husband and I walked into this coffee shop for the first time about a month ago. Since then, we've been here almost once a week, if not more. The inside of this coffee shop is like stepping into a 90's nostalgia heaven. This shop never seems to have any downtime (as it is always full), but that doesn't slow the amazing staff from being ready and willing to give their recommendations on their favorite items - as well as top notch service! During my most recent visit, my husband and I ordered two iced drinks, Apple Butter/Vanilla Latte and a Blueberry Matcha. Both are our go-to drinks here and are so full of flavor. My husband ordered The Pounder, a breakfast burrito that is one of the shops best sellers. You can order this item with either Sausage, Bacon, or Chorizo. We've tried the sausage and chorizo, and both have been great! I ordered the Bagel with Lox and it was so filling. This item normally comes with red onions and capers, but I opted for no capers.

    Time for some playtesting.

Ask for Gabe. Tell him I sent you. Every good thing you've heard about this Coffee shop is true. Plus, they have a great bar. The place is immediately cozy, and comfortable. It's easy to find a place to read, or catch up with a friend. They seem to be very involved in their community, and have a weekly slate of activities including an active open mic night, trivia, comedy, and more. These people know their food, and they know their coffee. Ask for Gabe, and ask him about the espresso ice cream. You're welcome. Don't give any to your kids.

Chicken salad croissant was excellent. Fun open mic night to watch. Nice people. Enjoyed meeting a friend there. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

Visited this breakfast/lunch spot randomly this morning on the way to an appointment in the same plaza. The staff was so friendly as soon as I walked in. Then I realized this is a place that regulars go to because they were calling people by their first names hahaha. The music was great! Definitely a vibe. Apparently they have trivia nights, live music nights, etc. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant (cheese eggs and bacon). I was iffy on the sandwich, I felt like it needed more flavor. The bacon helped, but I wish the eggs had more cheese on them. I would still come back and probably try something different next time though. I also need to try one of their coffees. They also make alcoholic drinks! I would have got one, but 8 in the morning is too much for me haha.

Great coffee! Very fast! Loved the ambience! Very nice also! Will return to try the food! Came back the next day for food and was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Popular local coffee shop in Alpharetta. The plants scattered throughout the interior add a refreshing tone. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a free private parking lot out front, making it easy and convenient to leave your car. II. SERVICE Good ~ no complaints III. QUALITY I got a black cold brew and enjoyed the acidic and fruity flavor of the drink. It wasn't watered down. IV. CAPACITY Constant traffic flow of people for a Saturday afternoon. We had no issue finding available seating.

Lox, cream cheese, and capers on bagel

What a fantastic place! I needed a late night coffee and found Ground & Pound. Tonight (Thursday) they are open until 10:00 and had a great trivia game going when we walked in. The vibe was rustic cozy and comfortable. The baristas were fantastic. And the coffee? Top notch. It was so pleasant we came back the next day and ordered a lox, cream cheese, and caper bagel and some multigrain toast with blueberry jam. In this case pictures are worth a thousand words and the food was even better than it looked. We'll be back!

This place is so good! It's small and cozy coffee shop. You order goody at the counter and then grab your number and sit down anywhere. The service was great and really felt like they cared during our whole visit. To the point where our table was a little wobbly and the barista made sure to help us stable the table. The food was also amazing. I had the lox and cream cheese breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint. I order the Earl grey tea which was good. There's plenty of parking as they are located in a plaza. I will definitely come back!

What we ordered: Apps: * Fattoush salad - Fresh and full of flavor with crisp radishes, cucumbers, tomato, and a nice hit of sumac. * Dill labneh - Flavor-packed and delicious, though a bit thick, which made it harder to scoop with the soft pita. Mains: * Chicken barg - Phenomenal. Incredibly flavorful and easily the star of the meal. The house dressing on the side was addictive - I was literally scooping up extra rice just to dip into it. I substituted the rice for grilled veggies (up charge of +$7 felt extreme esp considering the entree was already $30) but the veggies were absolutely delicious. Squash, zucchini, peppers, onion, pineapple. * Honey harissa chicken - Disappointing. Lacked flavor, cook wasn't great, and didn't compare to similar dishes elsewhere (DelBar) * Adas pollo rice - Decent with a nice crunchy exterior, but overall just okay in both flavor and portion. Also doesn't compare to DelBar's. Service: We sat at the bar. Our bartender seemed newer and struggled a bit, but her teammate stepped in and really elevated the experience with great service and humor. Overall: Great vibes, strong bar, and some truly delicious food. A few misses, but the highlights make it easy to recommend.

Unfortunately, he and I share a common language, but I knew what he meant was, "Damn, that service was good." If you've grown up on "My Pleasures" and Chicken Mini's, you'll know how solid of a compliment that is. Zama in Roswell is simply one of the best places I've consistently dined at in my life. As I said, the service is some of the best you'll have. Every server we have had has rocked. They treat us like we are friends every time we come in, and even if you have to wait a few minutes for your table on the weekends, they will bring you small samples while you wait. It is jaw dropping hospitality. The margarita menu is absolutely pristine and every 32oz Dos Equis Amber mug I have been served has been ice cold. The food menu is no joke. I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal or appetizer I have eaten, but after having the new Pork Belly burrito, I am not sure I will ever try anything else. It is the best plate I have had at a Mexican restaurant. Every time I leave this place, I can only think of two things: 1 - I am stuffed 2 - When can I come back You should have been here already Cheers

Friendly without hovering, totally on top of things, just a pleasure. Zama took over the old Taco Mac spot and it's a welcome change. The space is modern, cute, and really pleasant, plus great parking which honestly matters. That said, fair warning: the sudden birthday song scream-singing nearly took me TF out. Food-wise, I had the Texas fajitas. Good quality, nicely cooked, but underseasoned. My boyfriend got the costra tacos with carnitas and those were the standout, savory, crispy, and actually packed with flavor. Table salsa is bland, unfortunately. But we asked for hot sauce, and whatever kind it was they gave us (came in a pink tortilla cup so not sure) was perfect. Drinks deserve their own moment because the blackberry lemonade is phenomenal. Like, shockingly good. And the little lollipops on the way out are a sweet touch. I'd come back, especially for the tacos and the service, but I hope they get a little bolder with seasoning across the board.

After sitting for 25 minutes with no greeting, we stopped the hostess to ask if we could order. She seemed surprised that no one had helped us and came back about five minutes later to take our full order. It took 45 minutes after being seated to finally get our drinks. The excuse? "No clean wine glasses." At that point, I would have gladly taken my wine in any clean glass they had. The only reason we stayed was because the band was genuinely good. Meanwhile, the food runner wandered from table to table "auctioning off" dishes because he clearly didn't know where anything belonged. When our food arrived, it actually tasted good - but the service issues overshadowed everything. After we finished eating, our server disappeared again. We eventually had to get up and find her just to get our checks. Part of our friends' order ended up on our bill, but we didn't bother waiting for her to correct it. To top it off, there was a random 3% service charge (for what?) and an automatic 20% gratuity added because there was a band. Not cool, especially given the terrible service. The entire restaurant felt unprepared and overwhelmed, and no one ever apologized for the extremely long waits. Will I go back? Probably not. The prices are far too high for the level of service we received.
