Today was the second day we came, and the service was worse. Yesterday, the girl at the front seemed very confused and new at the job, which is completely ok! But no one was offering her guidance and it took a long time for the drinks to come out (3). I assumed that the employees were just new, so we just waited for our drinks to come out and we left. We didn't want to be too harsh, it's hard to start a new job. Today, however, we came in again and ordered 3 simple drinks (fruit and milk teas) and the order took around 40 minutes to come out. We asked for double boba, and they hadn't made enough... by the middle of the first batch being done, the second should be started so it is done to refill in time. I didn't mind waiting however, because I also worked in boba shops and I know sometimes the timing is off. But the same girl was making the drinks and the manager (or her supervisor?) didn't seem to help her at all. This supervisor was also eating in the drink preparation area with her mask off. Now, the boba needing another 10 minutes to cook is fine, but 40 minutes? I also hate when customers are too hard on businesses but the drinks also were not sealed and one of ours spilled on the floor when we shook it lightly to move the boba around. Maybe guide the employees more so they don't get yelled at by customers who do not understand: as manager/supervisor it is your job to STEP IN when something is going wrong, not sit and watch as they struggle. We were the only customers in the store at the time, and only 1 other came in to order one drink in the entire 40 minutes. We probably won't be coming back until we feel the business has had enough time to train a team that is capable of being self sufficient. (The drinks are pretty awesome though) read more

Right off the batt, Teamania's interior decor is very aesthetically pleasing and great for pictures. Ambiance is great for chilling and studying. I ended up trying their Taro milk tea with boba and their strawberry lemonade. The Taro was on point and not overly sweet. The strawberry lemonade tasted exactly what I expected from a strawberry lemonade drink and was very refreshing. In addition to a large selection of boba teas, they also offer smoothies, slushies (both in a variety of fruit flavors), and my personal favorite: Vietnamese Coffee. This place has just opened up. It's very nicely renovated and everything looks really nice in the store. The prices at average (maybe even a little lower! 4.50$ for milk tea) the drinks are pretty packed with flavor and they didn't wimp us out on quantity of boba. The taro smoothie (which is 4.50, normally being 5.50 for a smoothie) is very very good. I highly recommend getting it. Their milk based teas are also really good. We love boba and have been here a number of times but the last few times (within the last 6 months) the service got worse than the previous time. Both times there bathroom was out of service which we didn't need to use anyway but the smell was awful when you walked into the store. It made us not even want to order because it smelled like sewer. It also took the employees awhile to make 2 drinks and we were the only ones in the store.
