This one star is for the business itself. The Boba is DELICIOUS (if they have it!). This is our usual family fun go-to place for Boba. We were huge fans! As of about June 2022, the service and the business itself has gone downhill. We went TWICE and couldn't get any boba! Once, it was the end of the day (6pm) and they had run out of it. The second time, it had just opened (10:30am) and they needed another HOUR AND A HALF to cook the boba! If you are running a boba tea business, the minute your doors open, you should have boba tea to sell, right? Get up at 6am and make the boba if you don't have any. Or make it clear ON THE DOOR before someone waits in line to order. We were so happy to go back after they didn't have boba (the little tapioca balls) the first time. But after this second time, I really think we need to find another go-to place. I am so sad and disappointed because this place is delicious. Just now not reliable at all. I got the taro smoothie with boba and strawberry popping pearls. Absolutely delicious!

The atmosphere was so pretty and refreshing! Cool interior and fun, upbeat music. Lots of smiles when we first walked in! There's even board games to play while you hang out and sip your tea! Very cool, we will be back! The Matcha milk tea was pretty tasty, but was NOT a fan of the matcha boba pearls. It would've been much better with the regular tapioca I think. Boba was great! New to AZ so this is definitely a "go back to" place. It was a little busy when we got there but they were quick.

We went opening day so they probably have kinks to work out. The place itself is cute, decorations and cleanliness. Staff is okay. Although they didn't offer all the options they have for ice, sweetness, etc. I ended up getting a drink filled to the top with ice and barely any tea and no mango as advertised. The other tea was way too sweet, not sure if it's a concentrated syrup or something. I might try it again, but I'll have to ask about all the customizations you can do. Attended the grand opening event and was very impressed with how friendly the staff were , the atmosphere/ design of the place, and the quality of the drinks! Everyone was working hard to make the grand opening a success. I brought my entire family and we all enjoyed our experience there so much so that we didn't mind the extra wait time for our drinks. We understood it was the first day and the team was finding their rhythm while working a busy event. :) I Highly recommend the Kale- Yeah Smoothie, Taro Milk Smoothie w/ boba, and the Mango Milk Tea w/ boba! Drinks were super refreshing and creamy plus the boba was really soft clearly made fresh that day. The boba definitely wasn't overly hard or chewy like it is at other tea shops I've been to (pet peeve of mine). I look forward to seeing this business grow and wish them the best of luck! This recently opened boba shop is located near mid western university and in the fry's shopping plaza. The inside is open and bright and looks very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining the drinks to me. They recommended the kale-yeah smoothie and it was delicious! You could definitely taste the freshness of the drinks and the boba was perfect! read more

Finally a decent boba place in the area. I have been trying to find a boba shop in my area that makes good milk tea with boba and I can confidently say my search is over. I got the milk tea with slightly less sugar and it was perfect. The milk tea was not overly sweet and the boba was nice and chewy. I can tell they made their boba fresh as it was a nice consistency. Absolutely horrible experience. Accidentally grabbed the wrong drink and it became a whole big fight. Employee and (who I assume) owner were scolding me over and over again that I grabbed the wrong drink- I admit I grabbed the wrong drink however when drink was being handed over I confirmed if the drink was mine and the employee handed me it so I assumed it was mine. Couple minutes later when the drink I ordered came out it became a huge deal with lots of back and forth about how I grabbed the wrong drink. I admitted I grabbed the wrong drink and was trying to figure out how to resolve the issue- owner and employee were being incredibly rude saying over and over again how it's my fault and how I did it on purpose. After the employee yelling at me to get out I gave up trying to reason- the owner let us go with the drinks we ordered but made sure to tell me for another 5 minutes how it was my fault (which I know and accept but accidents happen sometimes). There was no naming system and the drinks were just called out and I heard mango which I ordered in my drink so I assumed it was mine. Overall horrible experience and I would never recommend. If an issue like this were to happen at Starbucks or any other tea/coffee shop it would have not been a big deal- someone grabs the wrong drink no biggie the drink will be remade and not the person who grabbed the wrong drink being told off by the owner who assumed I was doing it on purpose. That aside their drinks were alright- nothing special and would recommend another tea shop down the road. read more

Teamania is a wonderful boba spot that I have recently discovered. This is the closest spot conveniently near my house and I wanted to check it out. Stepping through the front door, I was automatically greeted by the workers. First impression has an art vibe and subtleness, but also welcoming. Onto the drinks, I'm a milk tea person so I tried their golden milk tea. It is sweeten enough, but also retained that familiar tea taste. It is noted that their tea are made with fresh leaves and not powered which a lot of other shops do. Their creamer is non-dairy also to those who are lactose intolerant. I would say I would come back again to try another milk tea variant or the smoothies. read more
