So my husband has been diving this 96 Honda and has been putting money into it constantly. It was just a car to get to work and back but it was on its last leg. we had gone to a dealer ship in concord and they were not very helpful with helping us find a car we could afford. I got discouraged with the process so we didn't go looking again for awhile until today when my husband got a flat tired with our 3 year old son and 5 month old nephew and the lug nut broke while trying to fix the tire and he just had his last straw with the car. I had been pre approved for financing at team supporters so we went out there to check it out. We were immediately welcomed as soon as we pulled up by Mark Aghili. I showed him my letter from the financing company that I had gotten and he immediately brought us in and gave us some water (it was a super hot day). He got us started on our application. It was nice because instead of just showing us cars right away which can be discouraging with all the prices he found out how much we were approved for so we knew what price range we were in. With the help of the Asst. Manager Rocco Marconni they figured out what type of car we were looking for to narrow the search down. Rocco is so good with numbers he narrowed it down to a car that was right in our price range. Mark pulled the car up and it was perfect. We fell in love right away. They were so thorough with the whole process it made it so easy going in and buying a car. We are very happy with our new car and it all thanks to Mark and Rocco. If you want a shady Lemon car come here!!!!! We specialize in lying to our guests and selling not fully functional cars. In the past 3 months I have had to bring my car 6 times to this crappy dealership. Every time I call in to tell them about a problem they (that would be Debbie) insure me that it was probably ME who caused the issue????? Who does that??? This dealership. My car stopped accelerating on the freeway, the screen shuts off I can't even set my clock, the interior lights sometimes don't turn off, and the cruise control dosent work, but according to these scandalous dealership it's my fault. If you want to be manipulated into buying a shitty car go here. Nobody reaches out until you post a bad review then they offer free oil changes and yada yada yada. All I have to say is I'm paying $450 for a piece of shit car that this dealership takes no responsibility for. Don't waste your time here go to Sac!!!!! The day we bought the car the seatbelt was off, some of the interior was messed up even after I told the no good salesman and the so called "Detailers" didn't catch it either. We take it back the next day only to be treated disrespectfully by our sales person, we also had to bring our information back check stubs ect. because I guess qualifying personal customer information and confidentiality is not important if they lose it that's not how I would handle customers personal information. So then we noticed a piece hanging broken from the bottom to the car, we take it in and they told me that I caused this damage and was treated like shit and was sent rude emails regarding my car. Long story short they fixed the part shocking I know right, then I was asked to change my review and I would receive free oil changes. Never received the free oil changes..... When it was time for an oil change I brought it here nobody had a clue about my free oil changes and they tried to get over on me again and charge me, I didn't pay $0 that's the point of a free oil change. Now there's today 7/27/2016 my car stop accelerating while on I-80 very scary situation. This is not ok this is my life and my safety here and they just don't care. I had my 2015 Mazda 3 serviced at Team Mazda (which is where I bought it) and have to say the serice was fantastic. I had a door dent repaired this time with this service by their outside dent repair service and the result is a dent that is completely gone. I could not be happier and the cost was very reasonable considering the looks of that door now. I dropped the car off in the morning and came back in the afternoon. They offer free local shuttle service and if I had to wait they have a very nice waiting area with coffee, tea, water, pastries and TV service with some very comfortable chairs to wait in. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer in the past 7 years and I have always been happy with their sales, deals and service. They are my number one dealer in Solano County. I own a 2016 Mazda CX9. I took it to Team Superstores (the Vallejo Mazda dealer) for its 5,000 mile checkup and oil change. I had made an appt for 8 AM Monday morning, and was surprised that I had to wait several minutes to get it checked in. At some point the service manager came out to help speed up the process given the queue, and he started to check me in. As this was my first time there I asked him, nicely, if waiting this long to check in for a service appt was normal? He was very embarrassed, and the rest of my experience was LIKE A SERVICE DREAM!!!! He accelerated the paperwork, bumped me to a priority, got it done in an hour AND eventually decided to comp me the whole thing!!!! Tire rotation and oil change! I was thrilled, not so much about the money, thought that was nice, but the time, care and attention to customer service I received at Team Superstores. I can't recommend them highly enough. I have been to Marin Mazda, and had a very negative experience with service. If you own a Mazda(, Hyundai or GM car, which they also sell and service) and need service, live within 45 minutes of Vallejo, go there. Wasn't unhappy last April when I bought my Mazda and the salesperson assured me I was entitled to courtesy washes any Sunday (when they weren't overwhelmed) for the life of my purchase. Nice perk, no? I told all my friends and recommended the dealership. I didn't mind that my salesperson was "no longer working there" a little more than a month later, since they honored his promise. After all, these places change salespeople more often than they change oil. Got a handful of washes before their car wash broke down for two months and then a couple more once they got it running again. But today I was informed that the new General Manager, Dennis Billings, had decided that they were no longer honoring their commitment. They decided than rather than notify folks they'd just wait until someone showed up (like me) because that would be easier. So, typical pants on fire dealership and typical after-sale customer care that earns car floggers like Mr. Billings the reputation they deserve. I'm a little bit of an unruly shopper when it comes to making a deal but for every question, he had an answer and for every loop I threw he was straight forward and for as many cars I had him pull out and as many times as I had him write up another deal he never skipped a beat with his great attitude and his kindness with my 2 young children that I had with me at the time. My husband and I have a growing family, so we were in the market to buy a new car. We had previously owned a Mazda3, and being happy with the car, decided a Mazda CX-5 was the right choice for us. Originally, we were interested in purchasing a used car, but after doing some research, we were unsure whether we'd really be saving much money on an older model. We decided to go to Mazda Vallejo to ask a few questions and met one of their salesmen, Terry. Right away, Terry put us at ease. We made it clear that we had just stopped by for a quick visit and Terry respectfully answered our questions and let us look without the pressure of a salesmen looking over your shoulder. After that initial visit, we communicated with Terry over the phone. He was very responsive, calling us back or texting us shortly after we left a message on his phone. Despite him working with other customers, he never made us feel rushed or as an inconvenience. We were also negotiating with another Mazda dealer in Tracy. Terry knew that we were in touch with another dealer and consistently made an effort to match or exceed their deals. Throughout the process my husband and I were unsure what package was best for us. Terry listened to all of our needs for a car and suggested the perfect package for us that included all the features we needed...including some we considered luxuries! He was even able to deliver the car in the color and interior that we preferred. Again, when we arrived back at Mazda Vallejo to test drive the car, we were in a bit of a hurry since it was late in the evening and we had our two young children in tow. Terry and the sales manager, Jason, went out of their way to make us and our children feel comfortable and to expedite the process. Terry had an endless supply of balloons to keep our kids entertained, and when it was getting later in the evening, even offered to buy them snacks from the vending machine! With some painless negotiations, Terry helped us get the car to a price that my husband and I felt good about. In the end my husband and I walked away feeling like we got a great deal on the perfect car for our family. We were thankful that we had the guidance of an experienced salesmen to help us make our decision. We just bought a CX5 grand touring, which we love from Isaiah. We went there on Thursday to drive the CX5 and really liked it. They did not have the color we wanted but Isaiah our salesman found one at another location. We went through the process of making a deal on the car and were to return the next day. The car did not arrive when expected, but Isaiah was amazing and spent the time with a hands on tutorial with us of all the many features of the vehicle. When the car did arrive it had to be detailed. This is moving into a couple of hours at this point. We spent the next 2 hours filling out financing and credit paperwork even though we were paying cash for the car and then a lot of waiting. At this point we have still not driven the car. Isaiah kept us appraised of the progress, but it was becoming a really long day. When we saw the paperwork the deal was not what we had agreed to the day before. Isaiah went back to his manager and secured the previous deal. In the end we were very pleased with Isaiah and all of his efforts to make us a good deal. He is a great guy. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. My wife and I walked into the lobby and were greeted by Michael Drinker, a vice president who was walking by. He spent 5 minutes listening to my requests: new Mazda 6, low price, low pressure, less than 3 hours including test drive. Michael said no problem and turned us over to salesman Billy Ross. Billy was young, cheerful, energetic and knowledgeable without applying any pressure. We spent 40 minutes driving 3 different cars, during which Billy answered every one of my wife's questions and even pointed out a few deficiencies in the various models. After we decided which model and package to buy, the price negotiations took less than 10 minutes and it was $220 less than anything I had been able to get over the phone from other dealers! We also got max blue book for our 06 Altima. Dale from financing had us in and out of his office in 15 minutes!! While the car was being detailed Billy gave us a tour of the new building and a bag of free car cleaning supplies from the service department. After the car was ready Billy gave us a 30 minute tutorial on every function of the vehicle, including a Bluetooth sync of my wife's phone and contact download. The entire transaction time, from driving on the lot to driving off, took 1 hour and 50 minutes!!! In addition, after the initial meeting with VP Michael Drinker, he checked in with us throughout the process 3 separate times to confirm all our requests we're being met. I've never left a review for a company or product before but in this instance I felt compelled. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. read more

Just bought a 2016 Mazda CX5 today. I have to say, these guys are awesome. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend you go here. Ask for Samir. I was a total pain in the a** customer. I was very frustrated with the whole car buying experience long before I ever got to these guys, and I definitely came in on the defensive and was extremely impatient regarding the whole process. With that said, he was the opposite of me. He was extremely patient, very kind, and kept working on the deal to get us the payment we were hoping for. I really can't say enough good things about him, because I know I was a giant pain. I also have to say, that my credit score isn't great and they worked their butts off to get us the car we wanted with a payment we could afford with an AMAZING interest rate. They were so awesome. In addition, he told me tonight how awesome his boss his and how well he treats his employees. That makes me feel that much better about buying a car from them. When I'm ready for my next one, I'll go back...and maybe be a little nicer about the negotiation process. read more
