Cinnamon roll
Rachael L.

We both got a cinnamon roll, a drip coffee and a tea. Cinnamon roll was on point. I wouldn't go as far as to say it is THE BEST I've ever had, but it was tasty and very fresh. Service was great. Ambiance is fine. A bit small and was crowded today. Not a lot of seating inside. They do have outdoor seating, but it was a bit brisk today. The drip coffee was a tad bitter for my liking.

I LOVE TEAL HOUSE. I go at least once every time I visit Austin. The kolaches are seriously some of the best I have ever had (they sell out). The staff here is so kind and the customer service is great. The coffee is good. I really really recommend getting a kolache, but they also have good cinnamon rolls and other pastries. Great location off south congress.

Chocolate Croissant

Dubai pastries were solid. Very sweet, but good! They had high chairs which is always a plus with multiple babies. Lots of windows and everyone was so friendly Open on thanksgiving day which I was very grateful for. The chocolate croissant and almond croissant were good, but it felt like they had a cookie in the center and that the top 1/2 was pretty dry. I think these just probably got warmed a little too long maybe Coffees were coffees. Nothing special but definitely got the job done. I would come back here again!

Taco & latte

Was staying by an Airbnb that was close by and came here for coffee and tacos. I was surprised to see all the amazing looking pastries in their glass cases. They were quite large so I didn't get one but I did order a potato egg and cheese taco and a plain hot latte. The latte was great! Was pleasantly surprised that the tacos were made in house albeit it was quite pricey at $5. The eggs or potatoes had too much cooking grease unfortunately. Their green salsa was tasty and spicy! Highly recommend this coffee shop. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee shop was clean and airy. Perhaps next time I'll try a pastry and see what all the fuss is about.

Food - omg yum I see why someone said they were obsessed with the cinnamon rolls!!!! My friends split the Queen Noelle pastry and the pistachio croissant. When asked which they preferred, it was 51 to 49 with pistachio taking a slight win. Service - Very kind! Quick hot pastries! Ambiance - Chill cozy vibe with early 2010's hits playing

Aug 16, 2025 review: --- One of our friends got us the few desserts from this place at a gathering, it included pistachio croissant, almost croissant, blueberry lemon Danish, savory Danish. Pistachio croissant was amazing. We heated it up for 1 min in air fryer and it was super flaky. Not easy to cut in pieces but we somehow managed. Everyone truly loved it. Not super sweet but just decent sweetness. Savory croissant was 10/10. Loaded with cheese, bell pepper. Almost croissant was also very flaky. Over 10/10 experience. I may try in person sometime.

Still such a solid spot for an amazing latte (servicing Medici) and I finally caved and got their cinnamon roll and the hype is REAL. Sweet and buttery and cinnamon-y. My God, this is what fat girl dreams are made of. Such a cute little no frills bakery with quick and kind service.

Ordered online. Great flavor cinnamon roll. Smaller than others but light and fresh. Parking is small and tight.

I work near Swedish Hill, so my coworkers keep recommending it, but they have nothing on Teal House. I've driven past hundreds of times, and so happy to finally check them out today. These pastries are so delicious and expertly made. 10/

Stopped by to get some of their famous cinnamon buns. Middle size buns with alot of icing. Not too sweet which is always a plus. Heat them up and it's one delicious thing. It was a bit expensive in my opinion. $5 a bun but it's worth it.

I stopped by for a cinnamon roll during my time in Austin. It was pretty tasty! Cute spot.

Wow absolutely delicious!!! I saw one of their tik toks and immediately had to come try this place. The lattes were really good and I also ordered two jalapeño kolaches, which were also really good.

This place was awesome! The croissants were some of the most buttery we've had. The cinnamon roll was delish and fresh from the oven. We sat right at the bar which was fun. Coffee just OK.

There's a good mix of indoor and outdoor seating, so it works for different moods and weather. I also like that there are food trucks right outside, which makes grabbing a bite super convenient. Plus, the large parking lot is a nice bonus. It's that peaceful vibe that comes with good service and pretty landscaping.

That alone made it a great find, but what made the experience even better was discovering that they also had live entertainment on Tuesday night until 11. It turned a simple coffee stop into a really enjoyable evening. I ordered a coffee and a brownie, and while the total was a little on the expensive side, around $15 or $16, it felt completely worth it to me. The quality was there, and everything felt a bit more gourmet than your average coffee shop stop. The brownie was delicious, the coffee was exactly what I wanted, and the overall atmosphere made the price feel justified. Between the free entertainment, the beautiful decor, and the location, it felt like much more than just paying for coffee and dessert. One of the best parts of the experience was the setting. Being right on the water made it especially beautiful at night. You can enjoy your drink, take a walk, look at the lights, and just soak in the scenery. It was the perfect place to unwind after a heavy meal and a long workday. Since I was only in Austin for work and do not live in the area, I was really glad I found somewhere that felt special and relaxing instead of just functional. The staff was also very friendly, which added a lot to the experience. Good service always makes a difference, and here it made the place feel even more welcoming. Overall, I definitely recommend Mozart's Cafe if you are looking for a late-night coffee spot with charm, scenery, and a unique atmosphere. I would absolutely go back again.

The view was beautiful, and the live music was a really nice added touch that made the experience more enjoyable. The register area could use a little more organization since it felt somewhat chaotic at times, and parking was also difficult to find. Overall, it's a good place to visit for the experience and atmosphere.

I was intrigued by the iced white miso matcha with orange blossom though after tasting it, I thought I ordered a regular matcha latte - I couldn't detect any white miso nor orange blossom. Since orange blossom can be overpowering, I did still appreciate that the matcha flavor was solid. It had sounded so unique though, I was hoping to taste the balanced flavors. Exactly how I like my matcha. Overall, such a fun spot to try creative drinks. I'd absolutely come back for the matcha alone! Note to self, my cousins ordered the white miso and they said it was a little too watery. Get it warm ask for ice on the side.
