Blended matcha with Oreo and cream puff coated with boba
    Sherin J.

I don't know any other boba spot that makes matcha blended with Oreo and there's the cream puff coating on the cup with boba. It alters my brain chemistry and I'm just so satisfied with the matcha flavor. Every sip keeps getting better. The matcha flavor is delicious and their boba is chewy and sweet. I wish this drink was there always instead of it being seasonal.

This is a very cute boba shop. The shop also sells food items. The spot seems clean and well kept. The staff were very welcoming and provided lots of recommendations. The boba had a perfect texture and the passion fruit seeds added a nice texture. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend.

    Avocado ice cream coconut smoothie

Stopped by Tea Pillar for Vietnamese dessert, but ended up ordering the Avocado Ice Cream Coconut smoothie instead, and I'm so glad I did. I planned to save it for the next day, but it was so delicious I finished the whole thing in one night. Super creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Definitely coming back for this again.

It's one of my favorite places for boba drinks and snacks. Tea Pillar's mixed rice paper is top-notch. Service is always quick and friendly. The space is clean and organized, as always. Great place to study and hang out. Highly recommend for the locals and visitors.

Fun place to try traditional Vietnamese drinks and desert and bobba. Our after dinner spot tonight with my foodie friends turned out so great! Recommended! Smiling servers even at the end of their shift!

Nice tea spot with some unique drinks and friendly staff. Nice place to relax with table seating and some games. Restroom available. Parking is plenty at this strip mall location. Was nice to try new drinks and customize to what you want.

Skylight milk tea (with butterfly pea tea & sea cream on top) Ube cream brûlée with pearls - you need this!
    Jinna R.

Skylight milk tea and Ube cream brûlée are still my all-time favorites as every time we stop by this place, I always order those two drinks. Have you ever had your go-to order at your favorite restaurant and you want to try new things, but you're afraid to venture out since you know that the same things you order will always be good...but the new item you're trying could end up being a hit or miss? Well, sometimes you just have to do it, otherwise you will never know. Hence, today I decided to do just that and go outside of my comfort zone. I ordered the "MATCHA CREAM BRÛLÉE" and "EARL GRAY MILK TEA". The Earl Gray was a bit overpowering for a milk tea for my liking, but it was good--especially the salty cream foam and brûlée/custard inside the drink. If you like Earl Gray, you would love it (period). The Matcha cream brûlée was yummy (I'm already a fan of their brown sugar series (brûlée); but I didn't taste the matcha much. By the way, you can adjust the sweetness from 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, or 120 percent which is a plus! Just a note: The staff are always friendly, service is fast, and the store has cute decor! Check them out if you're in the area.

Mango peach slush, royal wintermelon and fish balls

Besides the normal milk teas, fruit teas and slushees you'd expect from you typical boba joint they have all types of drinks here, from brown sugar crème brûlée drinks, to matcha drinks and custard crème. Today I tried their mango peach slush sharing some fish balls with my wife. My slush had chunks of fruit in it and the fish balls were tasty.

Lots of boba and snack choices. They have games too if y'all wanna hang out. Respectful & friendly staff. Clean space. Ample parking.

Recommended by a friend who works nearby! I tried the taro lover and crème brûlée. Both were good! If I were in the neighborhood I'd stop by to get a drink and maybe a snack... but I probably wouldn't drive all the way from Georgetown again as Feng Cha and ShareTea are closer and I like both better.

Close your eyes. Spin yourself around and pick any random thing on the menu. It'll probably taste really good. My current all time fav? The durian avocado smoothie. Not for the faint of heart because the durian taste is very.... Obvious. But for you durian lovers, this is the absolute most amazing drink. Always some soft Vietnamese music playing and great calming ambience here. I don't understand any lyrics but it's got Korean drama feel to it. Great place to bring a date and feel good about yourselves. Unless you are counting calories. I get most of these drinks half sweet so I'm good on that front. Do come by! You won't be disappointed. As I type this some guy behind me is moaning "mmmmmmm oh my gawd this is so good". LOL!

Good local option for bubble tea. The fruit tea is refreshing with real fruit. Worth a try.

But we received a BOGO coupon in the mail, and sure enough we wanted to try them out again. When we got there, the bobarista happily accepted the coupon and took our order. I went for their Lychee Green Tea and P2 ordered their Uber Smoothie. It didn't take too long for our drinks to come out, around 5-7 minutes. We were seated on some comfy chairs, and the bobarista served our drinks to us. I think presentation-wise, they did a good job. They claim to have "beverage aesthetics" and I tend to agree. Does having good "beverage aesthetics" make a drink taste better? No, definitely not. We both thought our drinks weren't too bad, however. I had ordered my drink with 0% sugar but I added boba to mine. My drink also already came with lychee coconut, so the two toppings sweetened my drink naturally. P2 complained that her drink was still too sweet for her liking. We appreciated the service and the pleasant ambience inside. I took off a star because the drinks were just too expensive. Without a coupon, I don't think we would come back here with drinks costing $7-8 each!

I'm giving it two stars because I do like the drinks here, but otherwise, the place kind of sucks…read more I've had to wait 15-30 minutes for my drink (very simple milk tea) because they have awful time management, and only seem to work on one drink at a time instead of batching. So, if a drink needs to be steeped, they will wait until every drink in front of it has been finished to even start the 5-10 minute steeping process, instead of starting to steep the leaves while they work on blended drinks. Three employees wander around aimlessly while dozens of people wait for a single, simple drink. Most other boba places are able to get drinks out within a minute or two. What is your excuse? There is truly no reason for a single milk tea to take 30 minutes. Fix your training. EDIT: In response to the owner, I do understand that popularity will slow things down, but that wasn't what I was observing. It was a steady trickle of guests coming in every few minutes, and it seems like the crowd was created from congestion of orders stacking up at a higher rate in than they were going out. Orders were only being handed out every several minutes, and while I have also worked in food service/retail and understand having to take breaks and slow down sometimes, the employees seemed like they were just meandering about without a care in the world. I'm truly not sure why, at the very least, steeping wouldn't be started early. I go to a lot of boba places, and I've had many good friends who work (or worked) at boba places, even if I have not directly worked at one myself. The employee behavior was not like anything I've ever seen before.
