I ended up installing some stick up cameras temporarily and will contact them in the future. Mario showed up and right away he told me it would be no issue, they could install the cameras wherever I needed and there would be no wires showing. On the day of the installation about 5 guys showed up on time and got to work right away. They were extremely professionally, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The guys were there about 8 hours but they got the job done and I even got a walk through on the cameras and on how to navigate the app. These cameras were a little bit pricier than store bought cameras but for the professional installation it was well worth it. I have six cameras with zero wires showing. The job these guys did was awesome. I did have a minor issue with my camera settings but their tech support worked it out. Very quick, very reliable and very friendly. I was tired of our Ring camera telling us 3-4 seconds after a person left "that someone rang the doorbell" or that one of other cameras detected motion. Then a few seconds later I'm finally able to connect to the system even though I'm literally feet from the door or camera. I decided to look into something a little useful and that's when I found TCI. I sent TCI a request for quote via Yelp and received a quick response back from Gabriel. He was able to answer my questions online before I ended up setting an on-site consultation. For the consultation it was the same thing, Gabriel came out, shared his knowledge and made some recommendations. He also answered all of my questions and I decided to proceed with the installation. Installation day, Gabriel was there again and his crew was ready to go. They were quick and efficient as well as respectful of my place which was nice. They completed the job and then Gabriel did a post install review and walkthrough with me. I was expecting to be impressed and they didn't let me down. The quality of the cameras( I can now zoom in and see license plates all the way down my long driveway) and the responsiveness of the system was fantastic. It works just fine on basic mode but there are many options to configure the system a little further to meet my needs which is great too. I'm loving the system and hope I don't get carried away - I'm actually contemplating maybe adding another camera or two?
