The last 2 times I came here, the new cashier/barista messed up my order. The first time I asked for a hot drink, she made it cold. Then I asked her to remake it hot, I sat there waiting for 15 mins to only find out she forgot about my drink ‍. Ended up waiting 20 mins for one single drink. Came back again today, and the same girl forgot about my drink again and I had to go up to ask her about the status of my drink after waiting 10-15 mins in an empty restaurant. First off, I was confused where the location was, the store was hidden in the corner so you can't see from the street in unless you know the area well. I called and ordered ahead because I had 8 orders and I didn't know if they would be busy or not. They messed up on a 2 of my orders and I actually walked out the store with 6 drinks instead of 8. I was kinda rushing, they placed everything in one bag so I didn't noticed until I got home. Bummer, I was charged a good $50+ more. I ordered the double sided cup (just to give into the hype) and see how it was. It was about $7, since I got toppings in both sides, which is pretty pricey for how much bubble tea I was getting. This is really the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. It had plenty of options and a cute atmosphere with board games to hang out. Amazing milk tea with tapioca: Milk tea was delicious! Lots of tea flavor and perfectly sweet. Boba was alright, not the best boba I've ever had. It wasn't as sweet and chewy as I like it. Passionfruit tea with mixed jelly: This passionfruit tea was super yummy. Fragrant and just sweet enough. It was sour and refreshing. Mixed jelly was so-so. Nothing special with the mixed jelly. Overall: The double sided cup hype isn't worth it, but I'd return for the amazing milk tea! read more

Tbaar is convenient to get to by driving or public transportation. It's located right next to Quincy Center, the red line stations. After certain hours, parking in front of the train station is public, but there is also plenty street parking.   Tbaar has many small tables with games that you can play with. There's also a foosball table right when you walk in. I came in for the Back to School BOGO deal with 1 other person. The cashier instantly recognized that my plus 1 had come in the day before haha and was really friendly with us. I got two Brown Sugar Fresh Milk drinks. One of us are severely lactose intolerant and we've let the cashier know. Tbaar does offer lactose free options/substitutes in drinks. The cashier was very clear on which drinks had Lactaid milk (whole milk) and which ones were half n half. I usually opt for little to no ice in my drinks, since it takes me a while to finish, the ice usually melts and waters down my drinks. I did ask for no ice for my drink, but the cashier gave us a tip that the ice could definitely maintain the flavor of my drink and make sure its not too milky. She was right and had I insisted on no ice, I think I might have regretted! The person who made the drinks also clarified with us which drinks were lactose free. I really appreciate Customer service deserves a 5/5 star! Its generally a very clean place and I would come back! read more

The drinks are expensive af compare to other places and the crepe was trash. Too mushy. However the place is nice and clean and I really like their amazing milk tea. It just opened in his location and I love it already. I use to come to eighty six, back when it was opened. I'm so glad a boba place opened in the same spot! The milk tea is very good. It has nice tea flavor and chewy boba. I also got the mojito, very very delicious. Totally recommend as an alternative to milk tea. The service is friendly, and they have some great drinks here. Like all bubble tea places though, there are definitely hits and misses. So far I really enjoy their Taro milk tea and their watermelon smoothie (which actually tastes like real watermelon juice!) My favorite bubble tea spot. Super cozy and modern look and feel. My go-to drinks here are the Amazing milk tea or the passion fruit tea but I've tried other drinks here and none of them have disappointed. The milk tea is fresh and definitely not made from powder. The bobba is really good, full of flavor, perfect size, and not too chewy. It's a super cute spot with board games and video games too so it's a place that I like to just come and hang out with friends. read more

Cute place to hangout with friends and enjoy fresh juices and smoothies. The atmosphere is chill and inviting, they also have a foosball table, talk about fun times! I had the mango lemonade it was really refreshing, Id prefer less on the sweet side but still all in all the drink was really good. Great atmosphere, drinks, and staff! I love their unqiue rewards program where you can collect stamp cards to earn free cute mugs and plush Pokemon dolls. I also like how there is a variety of games available. I only wish there is more space and seating. It can get crowded quick especially when local schools lets out. read more

Most delicious and fresh teas and smoothies around !!!! We actually went twice today. The one and only thing that is a little disappointing is that you can not order something unless that's exactly how the menu states it.
