I drink boba a lot, but this place isn't even that good. Multiple times when I've come here, they've run out of boba. Like be so fr you're a boba shop... Today, they didn't even call out my order when it was ready and I tipped them and there were only one other customer... I had to ask if the drinks were mine. The only reason I come here is for the discount, but I'd rather go to Vivi's or Shi Miao Dao. At least it's clean here, though.

I only came to this Gong Cha grand opening for their BOGO deal: buy one get one free (off the top 10 menu only). I, myself, had the dirty brown sugar milk tea with regular ice and 70% sugar. To my taste, the 30% reduced sugar (70% sugar) was still too sweet. I think 50% would've been better. The boba was the right about of soft and chewy; however, they're like super mini. Literally, one sip and there's like 50 bobas in your mouth. The tea wasn't very potent in the drink, it's way too sweet and milky. It's like the leftover milk after drinking cereal. I'm a bit disappointed with this Gong Cha. I'll wait until they're less busy to try again. Hopefully, the quality will be much, much better!

The service was impeccable. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls that were soggy. With a yelp review I was anle to exchange it for a passionfruit green tea drink that was delicious

Love their earl grey milk tea with pudding and herbal jelly! The dirty brown sugar series is too sweet in my opinion.

I went here for their grand opening. It was crazy busy because of the promotion of buy 1 Get 1. The wait was about an hour . It was so insane. People were way to close to each inside and outside. Some people did a good job at social Distancing but other did not. I got to try a few of their top 10 drinks. The strawberry milk tea taste like powder strawberry milk. The dirty brown sugar milk foam was okay. Just wasn't the best version of it. The cheese foam could of been a bit bolder in. Favor. The passion fruit was a bit to sweet . Everything was a hit or miss. Promotion was amazing. It allowed us to try more drinks, but this place won't be my first choice for boba tea. There way to many options in the area

I ordered an earl grey tea with milk foam, and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I had to throw the entire drink away. When I asked the cashier to remake the drink, he persistently refused to do so. You're better off going to Ptea in North Quincy, where the prices are lower than at Goncha, AND they will remake your drink to your liking.

The first stop in my Boston weekend was Gong Cha. I have heard people rave about this, so I knew I had to try it! I ordered the Milk Foam Brown Sugar Milk Tea at 50% sweet. I was honestly so nervous about the sweetness level, BUT it wasn't as bad as I thought. I was able to enjoy the milk tea. This is one of the better brown sugar milk teas I've tried. The service was really quick. It was quiet, not a lot of people. I definitely recommend this place for boba!

My younger cousin works at a Gong Cha, and she made me an addict. This is the one closest to me and i come here pretty often. Interesting enough, there is never a line. I'm always greeted as soon as i come in, and the couple times I've had questions the employees were helpful in explaining what's in the drink. The space is small. I have never been dissatisfied by their drinks.

First time at Gong Cha and must say I had a great experience! I'm somewhat new to bubble tea and wasn't sure how the ordering process would go for me. The cashier was so nice and helpful as she guided us through ordering and giving us suggestions based on our preferences. Ended up getting the Taro and the brown sugar milk tea. Both were delicious and were looking forward to coming back and trying others! Very cute and clean vibe inside too with hand sanitizer at every table and social distancing being enforced.

Today I ordered the Peach Green Tea with Milk Foam, but I wouldn't recommend it since it tasted a bit sour. All my friends' drinks tasted amazing. My memory of having Tbaar in the past is fuzzy, though I don't remember enjoying it very much back then. They have so many drinks on their menu, I honestly couldn't figure out what I wanted haha. Thankfully, one of the workers helped me out by giving me recs & I was then able to decide on two smoothies to try! I ordered a mango strawberry banana smoothie & mango orange smoothie. Thoughts: Both drinks had an artificial taste. The mango orange smoothie came with mango chunks that reminded me of the canned dole pineapple chunks, same idea. Eh. Still drinkable though but not something I would come back again for. I did enjoy the strawberry mango banana smoothie much more than the mango orange smoothie. Originally wanted to give Tbaar 3 stars, however, the worker that helped me was very nice & saw some other reviews saying to try their teas so maybe I will give that a try next time.

We walked into a bright, casual space with a clean, modern setup that makes it an easy stop if you are looking for a dessert or snack. The shop has a playful energy with a layout designed around counter service and quick turnover, and the shared seating area nearby makes it convenient to enjoy your order on the spot. The mochi donuts are the main attraction and are noticeably different from a traditional donut. They have a soft, chewy texture with a slightly crisp exterior, giving each bite a unique consistency that sets them apart. The flavors rotate regularly, so there is usually a good variety to choose from, whether you prefer something simple like classic glaze or more dessert-like options such as matcha or strawberry. The glazes add sweetness without completely overpowering the dough, making it easy to try more than one flavor in a visit. Beyond the donuts, the drink menu offers plenty of choices, from classic milk teas to fruit teas and specialty drinks with fresh toppings. The Korean-style corn dogs are also worth considering if you want something savory before dessert, with a crispy coating and a variety of toppings that give the shop a more complete menu than a typical donut store. The combination of sweet and savory options makes it easy to build a snack or light meal that fits whatever you are in the mood for. Service was friendly and efficient, with the staff handling the steady flow of customers and the donuts prepared fresh throughout the day. The overall experience is quick and straightforward, designed around grab-and-go convenience, but the quality of the mochi donuts and the variety of drinks make it a stop worth making. Mochinut & OneZo is a fun spot for anyone looking to try mochi donuts or grab a bubble tea, with a menu that rewards repeat visits as the flavors rotate and new options become available.

We walked into a lively, colorful interior with a layout that encourages staying longer, the kind of place designed for both grabbing a drink and spending time with friends. The seating is comfortable and spread out, and the overall energy of the room stays relaxed and social, making it easy to settle in for a while. The drinks are the main focus, but we found the bubble tea to be pretty average compared to other spots nearby. The menu has plenty of choices, including different milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks, but the flavors did not stand out enough to make it a place we would specifically seek out for tea. The drinks are enjoyable, but there are other bubble tea shops that offer stronger flavors or better value. The food selection adds variety and gives the café more options beyond just drinks. There are snacks, desserts, and quick meals available, which makes it convenient if you want something small to eat with your drink, though the food options feel more like additions to the café experience rather than the main reason to visit. The snacks were decent and paired well with the drinks, but they did not elevate the meal beyond what you would expect from a café of this style. The atmosphere is one of the better parts of the experience. The space has a fun, inviting energy and works well as a casual spot to hang out, with the team keeping the environment clean and welcoming. Service was straightforward, and the staff handled the flow efficiently, making it easy to stop by for a drink, dessert, or a quick break. Vivi Bubble Tea Cafe Quincy is a decent option if you are already in the area and want bubble tea with some extra food choices. The menu variety and atmosphere are positives, but the drinks themselves feel average compared to other bubble tea places, making it more of a convenient stop than a standout bubble tea destination.
