However, pricing aside, the egg waffle was prepared fresh upon order. You can choose the waffle flavor, and then go with 1 of many topping themes. We chose the Chocolate Lover with Vanilla waffle flavor. This looked amazing and the tastes and quality matched it. It quickly made us forget the price! The staff up front were friendly. Only downside was it took like 15 minutes to get your egg waffle (was told up front at least). Ambiance is the food court of South Shore Plaza. If you want a fancy egg waffle treat, definitely try this place!

Would come back eventually to try their coffee TEXTURE: 4/5 - crunchy baguette, fresh cilantro and veggies, and satisfying vermicelli in the spring rolls PRICE: 5/5 - only $25 for lunch! Their menu features exceptional staple options like salt coffee, egg coffee, coconut coffee, and classic drip, all of which capture an authentic flavor profile. For those who prefer options beyond traditional Vietnamese coffee, they also serve well-crafted alternatives like a double matcha latte and a standard espresso-based lattes. It's also really nice that they do different sugar and ice levels (i order mine less sugar regular ice) which helps with the strength and flavor as well! As a newer business slowly expanding its menu, the preparation can occasionally take a bit of time. Ordering ahead is a smart move if you need to quickly grab your drink and go. Ordered at the kiosk to left of counter and paid at it so that's really convenient. 5/5Egg coffee was good, nice and strong. The eggy layer on top was nice and sweet and little frothy. Overall will definitely wake u up and that strong flavor will keep you drinking more. 4/5 The lumi special banh me I ordered was spicy, the way I like it. Pork was nice and juicy and banh mi was toasty and warm. The flavor hit well, strong pate and mayo flavor. Definitely good portion. 4/5 The noodle bowl was fresh with good ingredients. I suggest going with the pork sausage patties as they are salty and flavorful and goes better with the noddles. The fish sauce mixed with the bowl gives a nice savory finish that hits well. Got ur typical carrot daikon radish veggies, scallions and peanuts and cucumber. Overall loved the convenient location inside the mall. Would come again to sample of new items.

I've seen photos of the unique mousse desserts online but yesterday was the first time I decided to check it out. Their pastries look amazing. I was having a case of choice paralysis. I arrived around 2:30 and noticed that some of the croissant pastries were already sold out. I decided to opt for the seasonal croissant and I was surely not disappointed. The cross section looks great and the jam/filling on the inside does have texture so it's not smooth purée which was a nice change of pace. I didn't get to try any of their drinks but judging from what I saw at the other tables, I really need to try it next time. There is a self area on the left side of the store where there are utensils and the handles of the knives were HOT when I went to get one so you can definitely rest assured that these are cleaned frequently (but do be careful). There is complementary lemon infused water and the disposal area near the restrooms. Noise level wise-- it is not a super big cafe and tables are seated close to each other and it can get loud when the coffee machine does its thing but overall I would say it's a pretty good location to have a little with a friend.

I had eaten lunch in the food court at the mall and since there is not much in the way of desserts in the food court I decided to go downstairs to this place and try out the ice cream. The ice cream here comes in the form of small roll-ups and they make the ice cream to order. I watched as the guy behind the counter took some type of liquid, poured it onto a frozen tray and with some type of a spatula he crafted my ice cream roll-ups. He served the ice cream in a cup and drizzled some chocolate sauce onto it. They have several flavors available and I chose the mint chocolate chip which was very tasty.
