A very cute boba shop in the downtown area! LOCATION: Located in a bustling downtown area, there is street parking available. The space itself is decorated well with cute murals and figures. There are a few tables and chairs for people to hang out. MENU: Apart from mochi donuts, they have a wide selection of bobas. The mochi donuts are just okay. They also sell snacks and misc. items too. DRINKS: I opted for the matcha milk tea with boba and my partner ordered the strawberry milk tea. The matcha milk tea was fine but the boba itself wasn't great at all. I don't think it was cooked well unfortunately. It was very apparent that the strawberry milk tea was powder as it tasted very artificial. Pricey for subpar boba. OVERALL: I probably won't come back for their drinks but maybe just for the mochi donuts. The staff was friendly and place was clean. Bonus points for having a bathroom! read more

Really cute place to pass some time. I got a thai milk tea with boba today and was waited on by a really young kid. He was doing a great job running the counter by himself! But I was relieved for him when the other person came back from their break! The tea was great. The restaurant has ice cream and mochi donuts and a wall of Asian and American snacks that you can buy to snack on with your beverage. Cute chairs and a decor. Lots of parents bringing their kids in for a treat and what looked like a coffee (tea.. I guess) date. A really pleasant boba place. Glad I dropped in when I needed to waste some time. read more

This place is interesting. It is interesting in the sense that there's no sensible rhyme or reason. The store has a bit of everything - a cafe, aesthetically curated lounge areas, snacks market, and arcade games. The service is amazing because they truly try to be accommodating. I got some mochi donuts for my husband to bring to his coworkers to try but I kept one. As soon as I tried it, I immediately regretted it. It was SOOOO good and I wanted my box of mochi donuts back for my one consumption. Honestly, it tasted better than many chain's products. THAT, I was surprised, but it was a good surprise. read more

There's tons of international snacks to choose from in addition of ordering from the counter for ice cream, donuts and a ton of different drink options. Ordered 2 chocolate and a cinnamon mochi donut- buying more lowers the cost per donut. And a honey lemon green tea with Boba per their recommendation and it's sooo good! Super refreshing. This might be the cutest little shop I've ever stumbled across! My daughter was in heaven in here- fun decor, tons of interesting candy/snacks, plus bubble tea and mochi donuts. My green tea donut was fantastic, and so was my Thai milk tea. I love that they let you choose the sweetness level in your tea! We left with unique stocking stuffers too. This place is an amazing experience. The food variety for what they offer is amazing. My sons enjoyed the book teas they ordered. One w strawberry boba and the other was coconut milk tea w regular boba. They absolutely loved it. We had what is the equipment to a glazed donut but it is so much more lighter and elegantly designed. The wall of Japanese snacks vary from sweets to sea weed wafers and everything in between. They have smoothies, slushy's, ice cream and more! The drink fridge has tons of drinks to choose from that are hard to find. Plenty of seating offers a great space to kick back and enjoy every refreshing sip. The staff are cheerful and extremely welcoming. The service with a smile is next level incredible. As for the boba tea... DELICIOUS! They don't skimp on the boba pearls and the selection and flavor of the teas is phenomenal. It's refreshing and fun. I recommend the Peach Fruit Tea with Black Pearls. (My daughter said her strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping pearls was better. ) The snack selection is HUGE. Homemade Ice Cream, a delicious selection of mochi donuts, and so many scrumptious goodies to choose from. You definitely will find something you like for sure. TLDR; expired food, stale donuts, decline in customer service (from a local) so my fiance and i have been coming here since i moved to norwood in june this year. i live right down the road from this place. we loved it! we would come all the time for the mochi donuts and boba. the mochi donuts were occasionally stale towards the end of the day, so we'd come in when they got them (around 12pm). they were so delicious! the last three times we've gone over the course of two months, we've noticed that the donuts are worse. they changed the recipe. my fiance specifically LOVED the mango ones and the last two times, he took one bite and threw the donut away. no matter when we go in, they're almost never even close to fresh. one of the donuts even tasted spoiled. along with the fact that the two food items i bought (from their little snack area) expired over half a year before. they were literally rotten when i opened them. additionally, i feel rushed by the owner (never the other employees) when trying to decide (their menu is really extensive) and one of the cashiers who im assuming is her daughter rings up our orders wrong or hears them incorrect frequently. my fiance almost got charged double once. he and i loved this place when we first started going, and would have recommended it before and actually had. unfortunately the change in food quality and customer service has been intensely negative. i really wanted to keep coming to this spot, and so did he. we even tried another time in case it was just a one time thing, but it wasn't. so disappointing..... read more

I come here super often, the ALL servers are always super sweet and accommodating. They have a wide variety of packaged goods, boba, and other items. They have never messed up my order. The store is also always bringing in new drinks and products to keep things interesting. Their mochi donuts are delish and I'd recommend sticking with those and some boba/ milk tea drink for your first visit. I wouldn't really recommend any of the foods from the refrigerated case as every time I've gotten something from there it's been a bit disappointing but thats my only complaint. Overall I love this place and I totally recommend giving it a try!!! read more
