First time here, the place is small but cute. I got the house tea Berry drink. It had jasmin tea and the fruit inside could be tasted in every sip. It the same price at a bubble tea. Definitely, will be back to try other drinks

Sip with the red cap off (has a filter for no pulps) or insert straw to get pulps

Love this Place! My go to is usually the refreshing mango, it is fresh mango & watermelon mashed up in a tea based drink. It is super refreshing & not artificial tasting. Everything in here is really fresh & good. My second go to is the black tea milk cap! Dont drink it with a straw is the key. Sweet & savory. The owner is always nice! Im here at least once a week. This is one of the few places that always have a watermelon drink even though it is out of season.

The tea drinks are perfectly made --not too sweet and not too bland. I live in California and while I was in the mall to do a return I came here to get something to drink healthier than caked out boba teas. My girlfriend and I each got passion dream and crunchy kiwi with lychee jelly and they were both awesome summer drinks!

Although pricey, their drinks are delicious and made from fresh fruit! If you order a signature tea drink, you can get it in a sippy cup. My favorite so far has to be the sour mango tea!

Based off of their refreshing mango tea drink alone, this place is a solid 3.5 but I'll round up for Yelps sake. The drink is a mix of watermelon and mango, which is super refreshing for a hotter day. You know it's real too because you see and taste the fruit bits. A large comes in a pretty sturdy plastic long cup and is $5.75. I added rainbow jelly which was a little harder than usual but still not bad (additional 55 cents). Knocked off a star for the price and the amount you get for it.

    Black Tea Milk Cap (large)

I'm not sure how long this place has been opened, but I came across this new tea place yesterday at south shore plaza. It's located where the old teavana used to be. The simple decor and interesting menu drew me in. I tried the black tea milk cap and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The sea salt milk cap had a slightly salty but overall sweet flavor. When sipped with the tea, the combination of the milk cap blended in with the tea and gave the tea a creamy sweet flavor. There is a hole in the cap big enough for a straw, but trust me, don't use a straw! Drink through the hole in the cap to get the perfect mixture of milk cap to tea in each sip. I enjoyed my tea so much I went back today for another cup, in a large! Four and a half stars because the service is great but it takes a little while for the drinks. Just be prepared to wait a little. However, they do use fresh ingredients so each drink does take a little more time to prepare. In my opinion, the wait is worth it.

Grabbed a quick drink at South Shore Plaza. I enjoy fruit teas. I asked for half sugar and it ends up with no taste. It'll taste better with regular sugar I guess.

Red Dragon -Dragon fruit and orange slices with lychee jelly (I requested lychee jelly be added and it taste amazing!)

Their new signature drink Red Dragon (Dragon fruit and orange slices) is really good! I would highly recommend it with lychee jelly. Soooo good and refreshing. I generally dont like fruit teas since they usually tend to be on the sweeter side, but this tea has just the right amount and not overly sweet. Service was good and quick. My only 1 star knock off this place is that I wish they would use more fruit in it.

First time here and it was okay. I got a Thai milk tea and it was super sweet. All I tasted was condensed milk, it didn't taste like Thai tea at all. Second drink was a watermelon tea, that was a good drink. It was refreshing and a great combo! Although the drinks are pricey. Maybe I'll try here another time and get a different drink but nothing special about this place.

House Fruit Tea and Grapefruit Limon

Fruity has exceptional drinks based on the two drinks I ordered. I got the Grapefruit Limon and my GF got the House Fruit Tea. Both were very refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. Also love that the drinks comes with fruit slices. The only downside is that the drinks are pretty expensive. Would definitely come again though!

This is all the craze in Asia and it's finally here in the US. Located in the South Shore mall it's a nice change from the typical bubble tea shops around. All the fruits are blended fresh and not too sugary. Really refreshing and tasty. Since they do it fresh as you order it takes a little long but worth the wait. Their cups are a lot better quality too, the lids help filter out pulp.

My husband and I and two relatives met for breakfast here this morning. When we arrived this small place was busy and there was only one seating area available for the 4 of us. It happened to be near to the music speakers which isn't ever a great option but although the music was a bit loud it was otherwise "soft rock". Since we had no other seating choice, we had to take those seats. Two of us ordered coffee (okay) and blueberry muffins (okay.) My husband ordered a coffee (okay) and a pastry. The 4th person ordered a cold brew coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Upon breaking into his pastry (I forget exactly what it was) my husband found a long dark hair that was baked into it. Yuck. He went back to the counter to return it. My husband said the young woman (long dark hair) behind the counter was nonplussed, did not apologize, was not at all contrite, showed none of the kindness an establishment worker should show when confronted with a situation like this. Then, somewhat begrudgingly my husband said, she gave him a fresh pastry. Thank God the disgusting hair was literally baked into the pastry or she might have blamed one of us for placing it there. Her attitude with my husband made him think she suspected "foul play" which is why he thought to point out that half the hair was hanging out of the pastry and the rest of it was baked in. (Sorry, this is disgusting I know) That was bad customer service attitude #1. As we continued to eat and chat, the once mellow music coming out of the nearby speakers turned into a grating hard rock song. Awful. We couldn't hear ourselves talk. Bad customer service attitude #2 was about to happen and the last straw. Nicely, one of us asked the same gal at the counter if she could turn the music down. The young woman at the counter said: "I'll see if I can." Really!?!?!? She disappeared into the back and almost immediately out stormed a man with an apron on who began by scolding us!!! He said: "You wouldn't be bothered by the music if you weren't sitting where you are near the speakers." Wow!!! Although dumbfounded by his unfriendly attitude and overt aggression, one of us explained to him that we were sitting where we were as it was the only option when we arrived. Without missing a beat he "mansplained" that he would NOT turn the music down as it was for ALL the patrons to enjoy. The irony of this is that the initial crowds had dispersed at this point and besides the 4 of us, there were now only two older gentlemen in the place who I am going to hazard a wild guess were likely not enjoying the particular music that was playing then either. Instead, we simply opted to pick up our food, coffee cups, jackets, two handbags and we switched tables. It was a hassle to do so quite frankly. We were offered no assistance as we struggled with our food, cups and belongings. If it had been just my husband and me we would have left everything on the table, picked up our stuff and walked out the door. Nothing was that great that I would have minded walking away from it all. Super bad vibes here! I have never once been in an establishment where on the very, very rare occasion I have asked to have music turned down that it wasn't turned down. We weren't going to be there for very long; they could blast their hard rock again once we left. This is a food establishment not a disco nor a music venue. I believe the owners must hope that people will sit, enjoy some food and coffee and a chat or maybe if one is solo, read a book. Nope! Apparently you must enjoy the music too no matter how grating or how loud or what the staff mandates that you must listen to. On another note if you still decide to come to this miserable place, be warned that they will charge you 3.99% (please...call it 4%) more to use a credit card. There are so many other places to go on the south shore for breakfast where peace and pleasantness reign supreme. This is a hard pass imo. Pity all this because the two relatives we were with had previously enjoyed this place which is why the four of us were there to begin with. But now the owner has lost 4 local customers and anyone else I can convince in my personal orbit to go elsewhere. Rude customer service is not a forgivable offense in my book. Even if the end result was not to turn the music down, the reaction to our request could have been done in a much kinder manner. "Can I help you move to another table?" is a thought. Owner, if that's who you were in the green apron with no beard nor hair net: You clearly don't deserve nor do you apparently need, (based on your attitude "sir"), our money or our patronage. I'll wait for an angry owner response to this review. I'll take an educated guess based on his reaction to us that impulse control may not be his strong suit. Yawn.
